We, at ICICI Bank, believe in the importance of environmental sustainability for long-term development. As part of our sustainability drive, we focus on building green workplaces and leveraging technology in our banking operations to reduce paper usage. We also offer financial assistance to projects that promote biodiversity and environmental sustainability. A dedicated group within the Bank identifies these projects and disburses funding received from various government and multilateral agencies. ICICI Foundation also undertakes multiple initiatives on the environment front including conservation of water, prudent use of natural resources and maintenance of the fragile ecological balance in our villages.
