Promoting Inclusive Growth

At ICICI Bank, we believe social and economic empowerment of every Indian to be imperative for the nation’s holistic development. This belief is nurtured by the deep-rooted ethos that is ingrained in the Indian philosophy of caring and sharing. This ideology inspires us to work closely with all stakeholders, including the government, to power the social inclusion of the underprivileged and the marginalised sections of the society. It motivates us to initiate skill development projects, promote micro-entrepreneurship, and provide access to employment opportunities, directly or through ICICI Foundation for Inclusive Growth, the CSR arm of the ICICI Group. The overarching objective of our skill development and employment generation projects is to help less privileged Indians earn a sustainable livelihood. We extend the initiatives pro bono to all beneficiaries.
