Definitions

For the purpose of these Terms and Conditions:

  • "Programme Period" or "Offer Period" shall mean a period of 30 days commencing from Card set-up date of select American Express Card customers who receive this communication.

  • "Offer" shall mean doing minimum one transaction with no minimum transaction value using ICICI Bank Rubyx AMEX Credit Card within the first 30 days of Card set-up to get a Tata CLiQ voucher of Rs 750 as indicated in the Bank’s communication sent to the select ICICI Bank Credit Card Holders. 

  • "Offer" shall mean doing minimum one transaction with no minimum transaction value using ICICI Bank Sapphiro AMEX Credit Card within the first 30 days of Card set-up to get a Tata CLiQ voucher of Rs 1,000 as indicated in the Bank’s communication sent to the select ICICI Bank Credit Card Holders. 

  • Upon the cardholder fulfilling the offer terms, the customer will receive voucher within 60 days from end of the offer period. 

  • Please note as indicated above, this offer is only valid for Cards set-up before the March 31, 2024.

  • Only new ICICI Bank Rubyx & Sapphiro AMEX Credit Card Holders are eligible for this Offer.

  • This Offer is applicable on the first eligible transaction only.

  • “Select ICICI Bank Credit Card Holder/s” shall mean ICICI Bank (Rubyx & Sapphiro) AMEX Credit Card Holder who holds a valid ICICI Bank Credit Card and whose accounts are in good standing and the Bank has chosen to communicate the offer to the cardholder through SMS/notification/e-mail or any other mode of communication.

  • “Transaction" shall mean such purchase which has been made by select ICICI Bank Credit Card Holder/s by entering card details for making payments at online merchant payment (online) gateway during the Offer Period or using/swiping their ICICI Bank Credit Card at physical merchant outlets (Point of Sale).

  • “Customer/s” for the purpose of this Offer shall mean a person who holds a valid AMEX Credit Card issued by ICICI Bank and who has received communication from the Bank with respect to the Offer.

  • "Card" shall mean an ICICI Bank AMEX Credit Card issued by ICICI Bank.

  • "Card Holder/s" shall mean such customer/s to whom a Card has been issued and who is authorised to hold the Card.

  • "Void Transactions" shall mean where the transaction has taken place but has been rejected /cancelled/ been unsuccessful at the "website" of the "Alliance Partner".

  • "Primary Terms and Conditions" shall mean the terms and conditions applicable to ICICI Bank’s Internet Banking facility/service.

II. Programme/Offer

  • The Offer is valid for select ICICI Bank Credit Card Holder/s only to whom the Bank has chosen to communicate the offer through SMS/ notification/e-mail or any other mode of communication.

  • This Offer is not valid for void transactions.

  • Multiple rounds of communication may be sent to select ICICI Bank Credit Card Holders during the Offer Period. In case, he/she has already fulfilled the offer condition as per the offer mentioned above the Cardholder may choose to ignore the communication.

  • Only spends done on the cards as indicated in the communication will be considered for verifying the eligibility of the customers.

  • In case of a cancelled transaction and post cancellation of transaction, if the total number of purchases made by the Cardholder during the offer period is less than the number of qualifying purchases, he/she will not be considered eligible for the Offer. 

  • In case all or parts of the purchases are reversed, the offer will be given on the basis of the net spends (minus the reversals) done during the offer period. In case, the net total number of purchases made by the Cardholder during the offer period is less than the number of qualifying purchases, he/she will not be considered eligible for the Offer.

  • ICICI Bank holds no warranty or makes no representation about the quality, delivery or otherwise of the goods and services offered by the Alliance Partner. Any dispute or claim regarding the services must be resolved by the Cardholder/s with the Alliance Partner directly without any reference to ICICI Bank.

  • ICICI Bank shall not be liable in any manner whatsoever for any loss/ damage/claim that may arise out of use or otherwise of any products or services availed by the Cardholder/s under the alliance offered by the Alliance Partner.

  • ICICI Bank reserves the right to disqualify the Alliance Partner or the Cardholder/s from the benefits of the Offer, if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the benefits under the Offer or otherwise by use of the Card.

  • The Offer is sponsored by the Alliance Partner and the Cardholder/s will be bound by the Terms and Conditions stipulated by the Alliance Partner in this regard.

  • No substitutions or exchange of offer, other than what is detailed in the communication sent to the Cardholder/s shall be allowed. However, ICICI Bank reserves the right to substitute and/or change the Offer or any of them without any intimation or notice, written or otherwise to the Cardholder/s.

  • No queries will be entertained after 60 days from offer end date.

III. Other Terms and Conditions

  • The customer will be able to avail the offer only if using ICICI Bank’s Card.

  • The participation in the Programme is voluntary and it is understood that the participation by the select ICICI Bank Credit Card Holder/s shall be deemed to have been made on a voluntary basis.

  • All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts/tribunals of Mumbai.

  • All communication/notices with regard to this Programme should be addressed to "ICICI Bank Limited, ICICI Phone Banking Center, ICICI Bank Tower, 7th floor, Survey no: 115/27, Plot no. 12, Nanakramguda, Serilingampally, Hyderabad – 500032, India.

  • In all matters relating to the Programme, the decision of ICICI Bank shall be final and binding in all respects.

  • These Terms shall be in addition to and not in substitution/derogation to the Primary Terms and Conditions governing ICICI Bank Credit Cards. All capitalised terms used but not defined herein shall have the respective meanings as described in the Primary Terms and Conditions.

  • ICICI Bank shall not be liable in any manner whatsoever for any loss/ damage/claim that may arise out of use or otherwise of any goods/ services availed of by the ICICI Bank Credit Card Holder/s under the Programme.

  • ICICI Bank reserves the right to modify/change all or any of the terms applicable to the Programme without assigning any reasons or without any prior intimation whatsoever. ICICI Bank also reserves the right to discontinue the Programme without assigning any reasons or without any prior intimation whatsoever.

  • The Programme is not available wherever prohibited and/or on merchandise/products/services for which such programmes cannot be offered for any reason whatsoever.
