Will I enjoy benefits of the insurance plan as long as I hold the card?
Yes, benefits of the insurance plan would be available as long as you hold the card provided and the following conditions are complied with:
- You have used your credit card at least once in the last 60 days prior to the unforeseen event.
- The minimum amount due on your credit card is paid at all times.
How do I file a claim?
The insurer for the cover is ICICI Lombard General Insurance Co. Ltd. Please call ICICI Lombard General on their toll-free number 1800-2666 to file a claim. Please quote your ICICI Bank Credit Card number while filing the claim.
Do I have to pay premium on the plan?
The insurance cover is available to you on a complimentary basis as a valued ICICI Bank Credit Card member. ICICI Bank will bear the premium on your behalf.
How do I track the status of my claim?
