You can now experience more efficient and hassle-free IVR banking with the conversational Voice BOT service as well. Keep your account details like Account Number/Debit/Credit/Prepaid Card Number and PIN handy with you, for authentication on the IVR. The authentication method may vary from product to product.
Queries handled by IVR:
- <Option 0> For ATM/Debit Card PIN generation.
- <Option 1> For the last five transactions.
- <Option 2> For an E-mail Statement.
- <Option 3> For User ID.
- <Option 4> For Cheque or Chequebook related queries.
- <Option 5> For managing your Debit Card limit.
Note - Your Account Balance will be automatically read out, post Debit Card/Account Number + ATM/Debit Card PIN or Account number + OTP Authentication in IVR
