How to register your Forex Prepaid Card on the ‘Self Care Portal’?
That’s very easy. Simply follow these steps to register you on the portal.
- Enter the number on your Forex Prepaid Card.
- Enter your four-digit ATM PIN.
- Define your User ID, login password and transaction password.
- Set your security questions and enter their respective answers.
- Submit this information to create your user ID.

Manage your Forex Prepaid Cards through iMobile app or Internet Banking
With ICICI Bank Internet Banking and iMobile app, you can now link your Forex Prepaid Cards and the cards of your close relatives to your Savings Account to view, manage and update the basic details on the go.
These are some of the Forex Prepaid Card functions available through our Internet Banking portal and iMobile app.
- View the balance in your Forex Prepaid Cards.
- View the last 10 transactions.
- Instantly reload your Forex Prepaid Cards.
- Update your e-mail ID and mobile number (both domestic and international)
- Block or unblock your Forex Prepaid Cards.
- Get online refunds on your Forex Prepaid Cards.
- Generate PINs for your Forex Prepaid Cards.
Link your Forex Prepaid Cards with these simple steps:
- Log in to Internet Banking.
- Click on ‘My Accounts’ and select ‘Forex and Forex Prepaid Cards.’
- Click on ‘Link Forex Prepaid Card’ and select ‘Self’ or ‘Close Relative’ as the case may be.
- For close relatives (parents, spouse or kids), please upload a relationship proof (like a PDF of passport or marriage certificate), as applicable.
- Enter the number on the Forex Prepaid Card and the passport number of the cardholder.
- Enter the mobile number and the e-mail ID registered as per your Savings Account, so we can send you the relevant updates.
- Submit your request and note the reference number for future reference.

- Click on ‘Cards, Loans and Forex’ and select ‘Forex and Forex Prepaid Cards.’
- Click on ‘Link Now’ and select ‘Self’ or ‘Close Relative’ as the case may be.
