ICICI Bank Companion Card has a wide acceptability across various online and offline platforms.
The card can be used for cash withdrawals at ATMs, payments at merchant outlets and for online transactions.
How to use the card at merchant outlets?
The merchant swipes the card at POS terminals and enters the invoice amount
Enter the 4-digit PIN (only applicable for chip and PIN enabled terminals)
Transaction slip will be generated
Sign on the merchant copy of the transaction slip. Your signature will be matched with the signature done on the back of your Companion Card
Collect your Companion Card, customer copy and invoice from the merchant
How to use the Companion Card for cash withdrawals at ATMs?
Enter your 4-digit ATM PIN
Select - Cash withdrawal/ Balance enquiry
Select type of account as Savings
Enter amount and submit
You will receive the cash. Collect the cash and card (receipt if applicable)
How to use the card for online transactions?
Log in to the merchant website
Select Debit Card as the mode of payment
Enter Card details and billing information
Enter OTP to authenticate the transaction
Confirm to make payment
