Under this Campaign, a user needs to complete 03 (Three) successful Tap & Pay transactions from a ICICI Debit/ Credit card (provisioned on the App) using the App with a minimum order value of Rs 500 for each transaction, to be eligible for INR 100 Amazon Pay gift card (“Voucher”).
Eligibility for Voucher: All users who will participate in the Campaign by accepting Campaign’s Terms & Conditions and complete 03 (three) Tap & Pay transactions from a Debit/ Credit card (provisioned on the App) during the Campaign Period will be eligible for the Voucher. Samsung reserves the right to ask for any other information as it deems fit, in relation to giving the Voucher.
Voucher will be awarded within 12 hours post successful completion of third Tap & Pay transaction under Vouchers section of the App. Samsung reserves the right to ask (via email/ phone-call/ SMS/ WhatsApp etc. for any other information as it deems fit, in relation to giving the Voucher.
The participation in the Campaign is voluntary. Participation in this Campaign constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions. By participating in this Campaign, Participant agrees to receive communication(s) from Samsung and/or its authorized third party agency relating to the Campaign and Participant unconditionally agrees not to make any claim or raise any complaint against Samsung and/or its officers, directors, employees, subsidiary or any authorized third party agency in this respect.
Voucher Redemption: Redemption of the Voucher shall be subject to the terms and conditions of Amazon. The Voucher shall be given on “As Is” basis. To add your Voucher to Amazon Pay balance, visit www.amazon.in/addgiftcard. Participant can also apply the 14 digits code on amazon.in/addgiftcard and add the Gift card balance to your Amazon.in account. Voucher shall be valid from the date of issuance till XXXX, 2025. Samsung is not responsible if awarded Voucher is lost, stolen, destroyed or used without permission.
Prize(s) shall be at the sole discretion of Samsung and shall be on As Is basis.
The Prize(s) cannot be exchanged with any product or item, is non-transferable and cannot be en-cashed under any circumstances.
Participant agrees that Samsung shall not be liable for any claims, costs, injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with the Campaign or with the acceptance, possession, or use of Voucher (except any liability which may not be excluded under applicable law).
Participant hereby agrees that participation with regard to the Campaign is their responsibility and further agrees to indemnify and keep Samsung, its associated companies, its event management company, its authorized third party agency and their respective directors, officers, employees, contractors and agents, indemnified against any and all losses, claims (including but not limited to third party claims), injuries, costs, fees, fines, penalties, taxes, charges and any other liability arising out of any act of omission, commission, fraud, negligence or misconduct by the Participant.
Samsung reserves the right to change, extend, amend and/or withdraw the Campaign or change any of these terms & conditions or replace the Prize(s) anytime at its sole discretion without prior notice.
All disputes shall be subject to exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Delhi, India.
