How to Redeem
Go to flipkart.com and select the items you want to purchase. When you are ready to checkout, click on ‘Proceed To Pay’.
Select the ‘Pay By Gift Card’ option.
Enter your 16-digit Gift Card number and PIN.
Pay the balance amount using other available payment modes.
Terms & Conditions
The Gift Cards can be redeemed online against sellers listed on www.flipkart.com or the Flipkart mobile app or Flipkart m-site (‘Platform’) only.
Gift Cards can be purchased on www.flipkart.com or the Flipkart mobile app using the following payment modes only: Credit Card, Debit Card and Internet Banking.
Gift Cards can be redeemed by selecting the payment mode as Gift Card. The Gift Card payment option is available for single orders with multiple sellers.
Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase other Flipkart Gift Cards or Flipkart First subscriptions.
Gift Cards cannot be used to make bulk purchases on the Platform.
If the order value exceeds the Gift Card amount, the balance must be paid by Credit Card / Debit Card / Internet Banking. The Cash on Delivery payment option cannot be used to pay the balance amount.
If the order value is less than the amount of the Gift Card, the outstanding balance (after deduction of order value) will reflect under the same Gift Card and can be used for subsequent transactions.
Gift Cards are valid for a period of 12 months from the date of issuance.
The Cardholder may request for revalidation of the expired Gift Card. Upon receipt of such a request, the Gift Card may be revalidated after due verification and may be subject to additional terms and conditions.
Gift Cards cannot be redeemed for Cash or Credit.
Gift Cards issued to you on account of damaged, defective or missing products must not be transferred to any other account. Flipkart reserves the right to cancel such Gift Cards if the same have been found to be transferred to any other account. You are solely responsible for the safety and security of the Gift Cards.
Flipkart.com is not responsible for any acts of omission or commission if Gift Card is lost, stolen or used without permission.
Once the Gift Card has been sent to you, you are bound to protect the Gift Card PIN and Gift Card number as confidential. In the event of any misuse of the Gift Card due to loss of any such confidential details due to the fault of the purchaser, Flipkart/ Pine Labs Pvt. Ltd. shall not be responsible for the same and no refund will be issued.
You can combine a maximum of 15 Gift Cards in a single order at the time of checkout. In case you wish to redeem more than 15 Gift Cards on a single order, please add the Gift Cards to your Wallet.
Flipkart.com assumes no responsibility for the products purchased using the Gift Cards and any liability thereof is expressly disclaimed.
Gift Cards once purchased, cannot be cancelled by the Purchaser. Any cancellations shall be at the sole discretion of Flipkart.
Pine Labs / Flipkart reserves the right to cancel Gift Cards if the same have been found to be purchased using fraudulent means. In such cases, the funds shall be credited back to the same source from where these were received.
In the event that the beneficiary details / Know Your Customer (‘KYC’) details as per RBI guidelines are found to be incorrect / insufficient, Flipkart.com retains the right to cancel the issued Gift Card.
You agree and understand that Gift Cards are a pre-paid payment instrument subject to regulations by the RBI under RBI guidelines. Flipkart may be required to share KYC details of the purchaser / redeemer of the Gift Card and / or any other information with relation to the purchase of the Gift Cards and / or any transaction undertaken using the Gift Card, with RBI or such statutory authorities. Flipkart may contact the purchaser / redeemer of the Gift Card for any such information.
There is no fee or other charges associated with Gift Card purchase.
Gift Cards cannot be reloaded or resold.
Any offer on Gift Cards including offers by banks and instant cashbacks could be withdrawn anytime at the sole discretion of Flipkart.
E-Gift Cards are normally delivered instantly. But sometimes due to system issues, the delivery can be delayed up to 48-72 hours.
How to avail the Gift voucher
Select your desired category and fill in the required details on our desktop or mobile app.
Enter the 16-digit Gift Card number and PIN (Gift Card) before making the payment.
Enter the 6-digit PIN for verification.
Click on ‘Make Payment’ and pay the balance amount (if any) using ICICI Bank Internet Banking.
This voucher is redeemable for one time.
Leftover amount will not be carried forward.
The validity of the Gift Card is 6 months from the date of issuance.
Gift Cards will be blocked for 24 hours if the customer enters the wrong PIN multiple times.
ICICI Bank holds out no warranty or makes no representation about the quality, delivery or otherwise of the goods and services or the discount offered by Alliance Partners and merchants listed on the microsite.
Any dispute or claim regarding the goods, services and discount must be resolved by the Cardholder(s) / Customer(s) with the Alliance Partner’s merchant directly without any reference to ICICI Bank.
ICICI Bank shall not be liable in any manner whatsoever for any loss / damage / claim that may arise out of use or otherwise of any goods / services / discount / gift vouchers availed by the Cardholder(s) / Customer(s) under the said Offer offered by the Alliance Partner.
ICICI Bank reserves the right to disqualify the Alliance Partner or the Cardholder(s) / Customer(s) from the benefits of the Offer, if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the benefits under the said Offer or otherwise by use of the Card.
The Cardholder(s) / Customer(s) shall be bound by the terms and conditions stipulated by the Alliance Partner in this regard.
No substitutions or exchange of Offer, other than those detailed in the communication sent to the Cardholder(s) / Customer(s) shall be allowed. However, ICICI Bank reserves the right to substitute and / or change the Offer without any intimation or notice, written or otherwise, to the Cardholder(s) / Customer(s).
Any tax or other liabilities or charges payable to the government or any other statutory authority / body or any participating establishment, which may arise or accrue to the Winner due to provision of the gift offer / prize, shall be the sole liability of the Winner. Tax deducted at source (TDS), if any, on the monetary value of the gift / offer / prize shall be payable by the Winner directly.
ICICI Bank shall not be held liable for any delay or loss that may be caused in delivery of the goods and services or the gift / offer / prizes.
The participation in the Offer is entirely voluntary and it is understood that the participation in the Offer by ICICI Bank’s Credit Card / Debit Card holders & Internet Banking users shall be deemed to have been made on a voluntary basis.
