Link My ICICI Prudential Policy

Please note all polices except HUF, Keyman and Group Superannuation Policies can be linked.
In case of Joint Accounts,
Linking will be done only if Primary account holder is same in both Bank and ICICI Prudential Life Insurance records
Second Account holder policy cannot be linked to User ID.
In case of any policy related query, please contact ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Company.
Linking request will not be processed if, Name or Date of Birth does not match with ICICI Bank Records.
If you have provided your mobile number or e-mail ID, we will inform you about the closure of your request by SMS or e-mail respectively. Providing the mobile number or e-mail ID here will not result in an update of your mobile number or e-mail ID as recorded with us.
