Inquiry on Debit Card Transactions Done at Merchant Outlets
If the transaction is not claimed by the merchant, then the amount will be credited within 3 working days. In case the merchant claims the transaction, we need to raise charge-back. The maximum turn around time for the same is 10 weeks which is as per Visa and Master guidelines.
If you have provided your mobile number or email, we will inform you about the closure of your request by SMS or email respectively. Providing the mobile number or email here will not result in an update of your mobile number or email as recorded with us.
