Your ICICI Bank Debit Card brings you the convenience of securing your card at your fingertips.
Using iMobile Pay app:
Login to iMobile > Debit Card > Card Block
Using Internet Banking:
Login to Internet Banking > Cards and Loans > Debit/ATM Card > Block Card
Points to Note:
- Your Debit/ ATM Card will be blocked immediately.
- In case the card you are permanently blocking is in your possession, we request you to destroy the card by cutting into 4 pieces once the card is blocked.
- In case there is an unauthorized transaction on your card, request you to block the card immediately and contact the 24-hour phone banking or visit the branch.
- Debit/ ATM Card retained at ICICI Bank ATMs will be blocked temporarily and dispatched to your communication address in bank's record for retail customers and home branch in India for NRI customers, within 5 working days.
- Debit / ATM Cards in activate status will be available for blocking.
- Only Active accounts will be displayed. In case your account does not appear in the drop down, please contact our 24-hour Customer Care..
- Debit/ ATM card is mandatory for online transaction. You can request for reissue of a new card.
