- Your User ID and Password is provided in your 'Welcome Kit'
- You can also get your User ID and generate Password instantly online using your registered mobile number
- If you do not have a registered mobile number, you can visit your nearest ICICI Bank Branch or call our Customer Care to place a request for a User ID or Password

How to download and activate?
SMS iMobile to 5676766, download from your app store or give a missed call at 09222299998
- If you have a Windows enabled phone, simple login to the app using your User ID and Password.
- For all the rest OS like Android, iOs, Blackberry, select ‘Activate now’ and follow the steps shown on your mobile screen
- You will also be prompted to set a 4-digit Login PIN. This PIN will be required each time you login to iMobile application in the future
- To activate and transact on iMobile, you must have your Debit Card
