Cashback offer on POS Transactions

• Promo Offer Period - Jul 1, 2021 – Jul 31, 2021
• Customer(s) to receive a 100 basis points (bps) of overall throughput, as cashback
• Cashback is Rs 500, per customer
• The offer is applicable for customers who have collected at least Rs 50,000, using the Eazypay POS in the month of Jul 2021
• This offer is exclusively for ICICI Bank Eazypay POS terminal users
• The offer is valid for select merchants, registered with ICICI Bank Eazypay, to whom the offer has been communicated through SMS/InstaBIZ app, notification/e-mail
• The offer is not applicable at petrol pumps and for zero Merchant Discount Rate (MDR) customers
• The offer is valid till Jul 31, 2021 but can be suspended without any notice, by the Bank
• The cashback will be credited after 60 days, post conclusion of the offer
• Cancelled and reversed transactions will not be considered, under this offer
• Customers can claim only till the next 90 days, of the offer’s conclusion
• Customers will be notified through an SMS, post the offer period
• Bank to decide in case of any dispute, during the offer conclusion
• A customer can get cashback only under one of the Eazypay POS offers, if he is eligible under multiple offers
• ICICI Bank reserves the right to modify/change all or any of the terms applicable to the programme, without assigning any reason or without any prior intimation, whatsoever. ICICI Bank also reserves the right to discontinue the programme, without assigning any reason or without any prior intimation, whatsoever
• If the customer has any pending dues related to the Eazypay POS, at any time during the period of the offer, all the benefits under the programme shall lapse and shall not be available to the customer.
