Pay on call using IVR
Your can also use your ICICI Bank Debit Card for payment on mobile transactions done through Interactive Voice Response (IVR). Your IVR transactions are authenticated by an added layer of security of One time password. Use your Debit Card for IVR payments as below:
- Call Merchant IVR which accepts payments by Cards
- Enter Debit Card details as instructed by the IVR
- The merchant will send a One time password to your mobile number registered with us. Alternatively you can generate your OTP by sending a SMS “DOTP <last 4 digits> of your Debit Card to 5676766 from your registered mobile number
- Enter the one time password received on your mobile
