Terms and Conditions

The User accepts that he/she shall be responsible for keying in the correct details of the online recharge instrument and amount for which online recharge is requested. In no case shall ICICI Bank be held liable for any erroneous transactions incurred, arising out of or relating to the User entering wrong details of the online recharge instrument and amount for the online recharge request.

ICICI Bank will endeavor to provide payment option for online recharge request received through Internet subject to availability of sufficient funds in the specified Account.

ICICI Bank shall only be responsible for accepting payment from the User and communicating the request to the merchant. All subsequent activities, including but not limited to, online recharge processing, sending or resending PIN for recharge etc, shall be carried out by the merchant with the help of operators. ICICI Bank shall not be responsible for any of the above-mentioned activities of the merchant and does not make any representation, warranty or undertaking in respect of such activities or the service levels of the merchant in relation to such requests. The User needs to confirm the recharge value from the respective operator/merchant. The User acknowledges that there may be delays or deficiencies in service levels by merchants operators, for which ICICI Bank shall not be liable whatsoever the case may be.

ICICI Bank shall not be liable for any omission to make all or any of the payments or for late payments due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control. ICICI Bank reserves the right to charge the User for the use of the Online Recharge facility by giving due notice on the Website about such charges. This facility is also subject to charges of respective merchant and/or operator of Online Recharge facility which shall be communicated to the User at the time of availing the facility. The User's Account will be debited for the total amount for online recharge as applicable and ICICI Bank charges, if any.

PIN Based recharge: ICICI Bank shall only be responsible for accepting payment from the User and communicating the request to merchant and the PIN(s) shall be sent to the User by the merchant. The User accepts that she/he will be responsible for recharging online recharge instrument based on PIN(s) sent by merchant. The User acknowledge and agrees that in the event the User chooses the recharge services for top up or validity or special tariff voucher, ICICI Bank shall only forward the request with the amount and the type of recharge to the merchant and the merchant shall be responsible to identify the type of request and recharge accordingly. ICICI Bank shall not be responsible for any of the activities of the merchant and does not make any representation, warranty or undertaking in respect of such activities or the service levels of the merchant in relation to such requests.
