Definition:-

• “Foreign Exchange Services” shall mean forex availed by customer through buying or reloading of Forex Prepaid Card at ICICI Bank Internet Banking & iMobile channel(For Android users).
• New Forex Prepaid Card issuance facility is available in 12 cities: Ahmedabad, Bangalore, Baroda, Chandigarh, Chennai, Delhi, Gurgaon, Hyderabad, Mumbai, Pune, Noida & Surat. These locations are serviced by service provider.
• Reloading of existing Forex Prepaid Card (pre-paid card for forex) can be done instantly, anytime from anywhere in the world using ICICI Bank Internet Banking & iMobile
• "Customer/s" shall mean a customer holding account with ICICI Bank, to whom the Offer has been granted by virtue of such customer purchasing forex for the specified threshold & above
• “Forex rate/Transaction rate"/”Conversion rate” is an exchange rate (also known as a foreign-exchange rate) between two currencies. It is the rate at which one currency will be exchanged for another. It is also regarded as the value of one country's currency in terms of another currency.
• "Day" shall mean a period of 24 hours, starting from 12.00.00 A.M. and ending at 11.59.59 P.M. according to Indian Standard Time (IST) during the Offer Period.
• “Offer” shall be defined as additional services or benefits provided by ICICI Bank, in association with third party/alliance partners.
• “Promo Code” is defined as effective discount on transaction rate for the specified currency of purchase. Promo code applicable- “FOREX40”. Use FOREX40 to avail 40 paise/unit discount on transaction rate.
• “Eligible Currency”- Currencies eligible are USD, AUD, CAD, CHF, SGD, GBP & EURO
• “Eligible Customer” for Promo Code is defined as an eligible customer if the minimum purchase- is equal to 1000 units & above for USD, AUD, CAD, CHF & SGD and if the minimum purchase is equal to 750 units & above for GBP & EURO for fresh purchase & reload of existing ICICI Bank Forex Prepaid Card for all the Purpose of Forex
• "Offer Period" shall mean the period commencing from April 15, 2018 to July 15, 2018, both days inclusive
• “Purpose of Forex” is defined as purpose under which customer travels &/or send funds abroad as in consonance with FEMA guidelines
• Offer is applicable only for Resident customers of India.

Offer Details

• The Offer is valid for ICICI Bank Customers only and shall be valid and subsisting during the Offer Period, unless otherwise notified by ICICI Bank.

• Below Customers shall be eligible for availing Promo Code Offer:-
• Retail resident Customers purchasing Forex Prepaid Card from ICICI Bank Internet Banking & iMobile Channel, during campaign period (i.e. April 15, 2018 to July 15, 2018, both days inclusive).
• Minimum amount of transaction for eligibility:-
• Forex Prepaid Card Buy or Reload- 1000 units of USD, AUD, CAD, CHF & SGD

• Click on ‘Forex & Forex Prepaid Card’ under the ‘My Accounts’ section
• Click on “Buy Currency Notes & Forex Prepaid Card’ under the ‘Forex & Forex Prepaid Card’ section
• All the personal details shall be auto populated for “Self”
• Select “Purpose of Travel”, enter “Passport number”, “Passport expiry date”, “Country of visit”, “Travel Date” & “Return Date”
• Select current residential “City”- . This facility is available in 12 cities: Ahmedabad, Bangalore, Baroda, Chandigarh, Chennai, Delhi, Gurgaon, Hyderabad, Mumbai, Pune, Noida & Surat.
• Mention “Delivery Address” & “Pin Code”
• Fill amount in respective currency for Forex Prepaid Card product.

• Enter the requisite details
• Click on Submit
• An SR is generated and the TAT for linking of the Forex Prepaid Card to the Savings Account is 1 working day

Post users’ existing Forex Prepaid Card is linked online

• Login at internet banking account at www.icicibank.com
• Click on ‘Forex & Forex Prepaid Card’ under the ‘My Accounts’ section
• Click on “’ Reload’ tab
• All the personal details shall auto populated
• Select “Purpose of Travel”, “Country of visit”, “Travel Date” & “Return Date”

Terms and Conditions governing Promo code offer provided by ICICI Bank Foreign Exchange Services

These are the terms and conditions governing the promotional code offers provided by ICICI Bank (hereinafter referred to as “ICICI Bank”) on its foreign travel financial services through ICICI Bank's Internet Banking to its customers who shall receive the email communication of the Offers on their registered email Id. The participation in this Offer shall be governed by the Retail Forex Terms & Conditions present on http://www.icicibank.com/Personal-Banking/investments/forex-service/forexclick-tnc.html & Terms and Conditions envisaged herein (“Terms and Conditions”).

Definitions:

• Participant” refers to the Forex Prepaid Card and currency notes customers of ICICI Bank who have made Successful Transactions at Forex and Forex Prepaid Cards module through Internet Banking or iMobile channels. 
• Transaction” refers to reload or purchase of Forex Prepaid Card or purchase of Currency Notes made by the Participants via internet banking or iMobile.
• Successful Transaction” refers to the transaction where the Forex Prepaid Card of the customer is reloaded in case of reload Forex Prepaid Card transaction or the Forex Prepaid Card and currency notes are delivered to the beneficiary as per instructions given by the Participant.
• Offer” shall mean the discount provided to the ICICI Bank customers upon completion of Successful Transactions.
• “Offer Period” refers to the time period of the Offer communicated by ICICI Bank in which the discount is valid.  ICICI Bank may extend/reduce/cancel the Offer Period at its sole discretion with or without notice.

How to enter:

• To participate in the Offer, the Participant shall be required to make a Successful Transaction and make payment successfully with their internet banking or iMobile account during the Offer Period in due compliance with the terms and conditions governing Foreign Travel Financial Services, available at Website.
• A promo code will be communicated to the Participant through various channels including email, SMS, notifications or third party websites. The Participant can enter such promo code while making the transaction and hence redeem the discount.

Eligibility:

• The Offer is applicable only to those customers who are communicated through e- mail, SMS or both unless otherwise specified.
• Offer is valid if the Participant places a Successful Transaction as mentioned in the communication sent to the Participant.
• The Successful Transaction should be completed within the Offer Period, subject to the terms and conditions governing the usage of Foreign Travel Financial Services offered by ICICI Bank.

Other Terms & Conditions

• Under the promotional Offer, upon compliance with the conditions mentioned above, the Participant/s shall be entitled to a discount from ICICI Bank for the products to which Offer is applicable.
• In case there is more than one offer available simultaneously, no two offers can be combined by the Participant. The discount provided to the Participant will be as per the Promo code applied by him/her irrespective of a better offer prevailing at the time of transaction. It shall be entirely at the discretion of ICICI Bank to consider any exceptions to the above.
• The discount will be provided only if all the stated conditions for the Promo code is met in the same transaction for which promo code is applied.
• No claim for discount shall be entertained offline or post completion of the transaction in case the participant does not enter the Promo code at the time of executing the transaction.
• The Participant shall be awarded the discount in the same transaction during the Offer Period as soon as he/she mentions the promo code as given in the mailer while transacting through internet banking or iMobile.
• Any tax or other liabilities or charges payable to the government or any other statutory authority/body, which may arise or accrue to the Participant due to the provision of the discount offer, shall be to the sole account of the Participant. Tax deducted at source, if any, on the monetary value of the discount offer shall be payable by the Participant.
• ICICI Bank shall not be obliged to make any public announcements to intimate the Participant/s of the award of the discount offer hereunder.  
• ICICI Bank shall not be responsible for any delay or defect in providing the discount offer code to the Participant on account of any reasons whatsoever including, without limitation on account of delays or failures by/ attributable to reasons beyond the control of ICICI Bank. ICICI Bank shall also not be liable for, canceling and abandoning of the discount offer.
• Promo code provided may be temporarily discontinued due to unavoidable conditions including but not restricting to market volatility, market sensitive news etc.
• ICICI Bank reserves the right to modify/change all or any of the Terms and Conditions governing the Offer. All changes in the Terms and Conditions shall be posted on http://www.icicibank.com/Personal-Banking/investments/forex-service/forexclick-tnc.html(“Website”). ICICI Bank also reserves the right to discontinue the Offer without assigning any reasons whatsoever.
• The Offer and the opportunity to participate therein are entirely voluntary. Participation in this Offer shall be deemed to be acceptance of all the Terms and Conditions governing the Offer. 
• The discount offer enumerated herein shall be non-transferable and / or non-negotiable. No cash or any other substitute shall be offered for the discount offer. ICICI Bank reserves the right to change the discount offer offered at any point of time without informing the Participant/s.
• The Offer shall be governed by Indian law. All disputes arising under this Offer are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Mumbai.
• The Terms and Conditions of the Offer shall be in addition to and not in substitution/ derogation to the terms and conditions governing the usage of Foreign Travel Financial Services offered by ICICI Bank
• Request for extension of expiry date or re validation of used/expired key would not be considered.
• No reminder mails for redemption of Promo code will be sent to Participants by ICICI Bank.
• In case Promo code is eligible only for partial orders, then discount may be provided only for the eligible part of the transaction.
• The decision of ICICI Bank shall be deemed to be final and binding in all matters pertaining to the Offer.
