I. Definitions

• "Alliance partner" shall mean Ezeego One Travel & Tours Limited , who has entered into an alliance agreement with ICICI Bank for purpose of providing the Offer.
• "Customer/s" for the purpose of this Offer shall mean a person who is using ICICI bank Net banking services or holds a valid ICICI Bank VISA/MASTER Debit card/Prepaid card or holds a valid VISA/MASTER Credit Card issued by ICICI Bank and who has received communication from ICICI Bank with respect to the Offer.
• "ICICI Bank Net Banking User" shall mean a person who holds an ICICI Bank savings account, loan / facility account(s), depository account(s) and/or any other type of account(s), so maintained with ICICI Bank or its Affiliate which are eligible account(s) for purposes of ICICI Bank Net Banking Service(s) and who has received communication from ICICI Bank with respect to the Offer.
• "Cardholder" shall mean a customer to whom the Facility has been granted by virtue of such customer holding a Card.
• "Card" shall mean Debit/Credit/Prepaid/Gift Card, which has been issued by ICICI Bank and is valid and subsisting during the Program Period.
• "Offer" shall mean instant discount/benefit provided by the "Alliance partner" on purchase of Products/Services using ICICI Bank Debit/Credit/Prepaid/Gift Card or Net banking services.
• "Offer Period" shall mean the period commencing from April 01, 2016 to March 31, 2018, both days inclusive.
• "Website" shall mean the following "website" URL: www.ezeego1.co.in/icici-bank of the "Alliance partner"
• "Void Transactions "shall mean wherein the transaction has taken place but has been rejected /cancelled/ been unsuccessful at the ""website"" of the "Alliance partner".
• "Primary Terms and Conditions" shall mean the terms and conditions applicable to ICICI Bank’s Internet banking facility/service.
• "Products/Services" shall mean the goods/benefits/facilities offered by the Alliance Partner.

All capitalized terms used but not defined herein shall have the respective meanings prescribed to them in the Primary Terms and Conditions. These terms ("Terms") shall be in addition to and not in derogation of the Primary Terms and Conditions. To the extent of any inconsistency between these Terms and Primary Terms and Conditions, these Terms shall prevail.

II. Offer - International Flights

Domestic Holidays - Flat 7% cash back per booking, max INR 4000

International Holidays- Up to 7% cash back per booking, max INR 5000

III. The availability of the offer is based on the following criteria:

• Valid on ICICI bank net banking user/ cardholders from April 01, 2018 to June 30, 2018, both days inclusive.
• Participation in the Offer by the ICICI Bank Net Banking User/ Credit card & Debit Card Holders is on a voluntary basis.
• The ICICI Bank Net Banking Users / Credit card /Debit Card/Prepaid/Gift card holders may avail the Offer during the Offer Period
• This Offer cannot be clubbed with any other Offer that may be made available to the ICICI Bank Net Banking User/Card Holders by the Alliance Partner.
• The Offer is non-transferable, non-binding and non-encashable.
• The Offer is not valid for Void Transactions

• Domestic Holiday Offer - 7% Cashback
• These offers are valid for Indian citizens only.
• Both Offers are valid only for adults on twin sharing basis. Extra adult or child will not be applicable under the offer.
• The offer is valid on bookings made between March 20, 2018 and June 30, 2018 only
• The Offer is valid for bookings made using your ICICI Bank Master / Visa Credit and Debit Cards or Net Banking only.
• Bookings have to be made online on our website www.ezeego1.com or by calling on 1800 209 0800 (Toll Free) or 098675 65900 (GSM)
• On booking domestic packages get flat 7% cash back up to a maximum cash back of Rs. 4000 per booking. Discount applicable for minimum 2 pax per booking. Offer is NOT valid on group packages. Offer is valid on Land-only packages.
• To avail the offer, kindly enter 'EZHOLS' in the Promo code section on the payment page. Note - validation of promo code does not guarantee cash back, terms and conditions have to be met.
• On validation of the promo code, an instant discount of Re. 1 will be given. The actual cash back will be refunded to your card account within 15 working days of completion of travel. The amount will reflect in your card account within 3-14 days from date of processing depending on your bank.
• Cash back amount will be processed on NET amount after deducting service tax.
• All bookings would be subject to availability at the time of booking and will be governed by the standard holiday booking terms and conditions.
• Bookings made under this offer are not refundable i.e. booking will not be refunded on cancelations of bookings made under the offer.
• Offer will not be valid i.e. cash backs will not be given if transaction amount is refunded entirely or partially for any reason whatsoever.
• One amongst the passengers travelling should be holding the name on the credit card used for the payment.
• This promotion is funded from a special promotional budget created by Ezeego1.
• This offer is not applicable for bookings made by travel agents.
• Ezeego1 reserves the right to change or withdraw the Offer, any time at the sole discretion of the Management. The Terms and Conditions of this promotion are subject to change without any prior notice.
• Ezeego1 reserves the right to deny cashback to any customers who are found to directly or indirectly, voluntarily or involuntarily, violate or manipulate any of the above conditions.
• Ezeego1 shall not guarantee or be held responsible or liable for any product or service offered by or hotels which is not within the control of Ezeego1.
• All disputes related to the offer shall be the subject matter of the jurisdiction of the Mumbai High Court. The prevailing statutory laws of India shall be applicable to the offer.
• This offer cannot be combined with any other offer currently applicable on www.ezeego1.comfor the same products.
• The Offer is not open to the relatives and employees of Ezeego1 and its associate companies.

• Minimum booking of 2 passengers are required per transaction to avail the offer. Offer is not valid on group packages.
• On validation of the promo code, an instant discount of Re. 1 will be given. The actual cash back will be refunded to your card account within 15 working days of receiving full payment The amount will reflect in your card account within 3-14 days from date of processing depending on your bank. Cash back amount will be processed on NET amount after deducting service tax.
• All bookings would be subject to availability at the time of booking and will be governed by the standard hotel booking terms and conditions.
• In case of non-availability of rooms, an alternate will be offered. Any difference in price for the alternate offer will be payable by the customer.
• Cancellation/ Amendment charges will be applicable as per the hotel/airlines policy. Any cancellations during peak period may attract up to 100% retention.
• We require the following documents in order to release your vouchers for international hotel bookings
• Copy of the first 2 and last 2 pages of the traveler's valid passport
• BTQ form duly filled in and signed by the traveler
• Copy of Proof of Address (any one of the below)
• Telephone Bill
• Electricity Bill
• Latest Bank Statement
• Letter from any recognized Public Authority

• ICICI Bank and Alliance partner reserves the right, at any time, without prior notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change or vary all of these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part, this offer by another offer, whether similar to this offer or not, or to extend or withdraw it altogether.

V. Terms and conditions prescribed by ICICI Bank

• ICICI Bank does not guarantee and make any representation about the usefulness, worthiness and/or character of the discount / benefit or of the Products/Services under the Offer provided by Alliance partner
• Any tax or other liabilities or charges payable to the government or any other statutory authority/body or any participating establishment, which may arise or accrue to the ICICI Bank Net Banking User/ ICICI bank Credit & Debit cards holder due to provision of the Offer, shall be to the sole account of the ICICI Bank Net Banking User/ ICICI bank Credit & Debit cards holder. Tax deducted at source, if any, on the monetary value of the Offer shall be payable by the ICICI Bank Net Banking User/ ICICI bank Credit & Debit cards holder.
• All issues / queries / complaints / grievances relating to the Offer, if any, shall be addressed to Alliance Partner directly at complaints@ezeego1.com without any reference to ICICI Bank. The same shall be addressed by Alliance partner, only up to a period of 15 days after the date of transaction/purchase.
• The existence of a dispute, if any, regarding the Offer shall not constitute a claim against ICICI Bank and shall be addressed directly by Alliance partner
• ICICI Bank reserves the right to disqualify the Program Partner/s or Card Holder/s from the benefits of the Program if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the benefits under the Program or otherwise by use of the Card.
• ICICI Bank shall not be held liable for any delay or loss that may be caused in delivery of the goods and services or the assured gifts / prizes.
• The Program is not available wherever prohibited and / or on merchandise / products / services for which such programs cannot be offered for any reason whatsoever.
• All communication / notices with regard to this offer should be addressed alliances@ezeego1.com
• The Offer is not available wherever prohibited and / or on products / services for which such offers cannot be made available for any reason whatsoever.
• ICICI Bank / Alliance partner reserve the right to modify/ change all or any of the terms applicable to the Offer without assigning any reasons or without any prior intimation whatsoever. ICICI Bank also reserves the right to discontinue the Offer without assigning any reasons or without any prior intimation whatsoever.
• If the ICICI Bank Net Banking User/Cardholder ceases to be a ICICI Bank Net Banking User/Cardholder at any time during the currency of the Offer Period, all the benefits under the Offer shall lapse and shall not be available to the ICICI Bank Net Banking User/Cardholder.
