Terms and conditions
Alliance Partner” shall mean PAX INNOVATION ICT SERVICES PVT LTD (HOI) who has entered into an alliance agreement with ICICI Bank for purpose of providing the Offer.
"ICICI Bank Net Banking Service(s)" shall mean internet banking services of ICICI Bank offered to ICICI Bank Net Banking User.
"Card" shall mean Credit card (VISA/ Mastercard/ Amex) or Debit card (VISA/Electron/Maestro), which has been issued by ICICI Bank and is valid and subsisting during the Program/Offer Period.
"Card Holder/s" shall mean such customer/s to whom a Card has been issued and who is authorized to hold the Card.

Program/Offer Period” shall mean the period commencing from June 1, 2024, till August 31, 2024, both days inclusive.

Booking must be made at least 30 days to 24 hours prior of travel time to avail of the services.
Cancellation clause: Customers can cancel the booking at least 48 hours before the service time by emailing helpdesk@hoi.in or supporthoi@hoi.travel
Any cancellation less than 48 hours before the service time/no-show will be considered as a benefit availed.
All applicable government and airport taxes are included in the service cost. The customer will bear additional charges such as service upgrades or extra luggage.
No change in the name of the passenger(s) or guest(s) from that provided at the time of booking shall be permitted.
This benefit cannot be combined with any other ongoing offer, discount, cashback, or promotion.
