DEFINITIONS

• “Alliance Partner” shall mean “Naaptol Online Pvt Ltd”, who has entered into an alliance agreement with ICICI Bank for purpose of providing the Offer.
• “E-coupon” shall mean the discount voucher/code which shall be provided to ICICI Bank Internet Banking User in his secured mailbox in the logged in section of his internet banking account with ICICI Bank. It will be a unique code which can be used to avail Offer on Website.
• “ICICI Bank Internet Banking User” shall mean a person who holds an ICICI Bank savings account,  with ICICI Bank which are eligible account(s) for purposes of ICICI Bank Net Banking Service(s) and who have not used Prepaid Mobile/DTH Recharge facility available in logged in section of www.icicibank.com since October 1, 2013 but is using the said facility/s during the Offer Period or who are using the facility for the first time.
• “ICICI Bank Internet Banking Service(s) “shall mean internet banking services of ICICI Bank offered to ICICI Bank Net Banking User/s.
• “Offer” shall mean such discount(s) /benefit(s) provided by the Alliance Partner on purchase of any products on www.naaptol.com using ICICI Bank Internet Banking Services during the Offer Period on the Website.
• “Offer Period” shall mean the period commencing from 26th June 2014 to 31st December, 2014, both days inclusive.
• "Primary Terms and Conditions" shall mean the terms and conditions applicable to ICICI Bank’s Internet Banking Service.
• “Products/Services” shall mean the goods/benefits/facilities offered by the Alliance Partner.
• “Website” shall mean the following website of the Alliance Partner i.e. www.naaptol.com.
• “Void Transaction” shall mean any transaction wherein the transaction has taken place but has been cancelled /rejected /unsuccessful by Alliance partner.
• All capitalized terms used but not defined herein shall have the respective meanings prescribed to them in the Primary Terms and Conditions. These terms and conditions (“Terms”) shall be in addition to and not in derogation of the Primary Terms and Conditions. To the extent of any inconsistency between these Terms and Primary Terms and Conditions, these Terms shall prevail.

TERMS OF OFFER  

• ICICI Bank Internet Banking User  who has not used Prepaid Mobile /DTH Recharge facility available in logged in section of www.icicibank.com since October 1, 2013 but is using the facility during the Offer Period or who is using the facility for the first time, will be eligible for a Flat 20% discount on online shopping at the Alliance Partner's Website. Such ICICI Bank Internet Banking User shall be given the maximum discount of Rs. 300/- (Three Hundred only) on one transaction made by him/her on the Website.
• The availability of the Offer to the ICICI Bank Internet Banking User is on the basis of following terms:
• The Offer is valid for ICICI Bank Internet Banking User from 26th June 2014 to 31st December, 2014, both days inclusive.  Participation in the Offer by the ICICI Bank Net Banking User/s is on a voluntary basis.
• The ICICI Bank Net Banking User/s may avail the Offer during the Offer Period.
• This Offer cannot be clubbed with any other Offer that may be made available to the ICICI Bank Net Banking User/s by the Alliance Partner.
• The Offer is non-transferable, non-binding and non-encashable.
• The Offer is not valid for Void Transactions.
• The unique E-Coupon code will be provided directly by ICICI Bank, via email in ICICI Bank Net Banking User’s secured mailbox within 30 days from the date of transaction.

Steps to avail the Offer

•  Log on to www.naaptol.com
•  Select any of the products falling under the category covered by this Offer.
•  Enter the E-Coupon code on the payment page.
•  Make payment using ICICI Bank Creditcard or ICICI Net Banking Services.
  Customer Support Matrix
• Customer grievances with respect to the Offer shall be the sole responsibility of the Alliance Partner and ICICI Bank shall not be responsible for the same.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS AS PRESCRIBED BY ALLIANCE PARTNER

• This Offer is brought to you solely by Alliance Partner. ICICI Bank is only communicating this Offer on behalf of Alliance Partner.
• The Offer is exclusively for ICICI Bank Internet Banking User/s only to whom the Offer has been communicated by ICICI Bank.
• ICICI Bank and Alliance Partner reserves the right, at any time, without prior notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change or vary all of these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part, this Offer by another offer, whether similar to this Offer or not, or to extend or withdraw it altogether.
• The discount is applicable only on entering the correct promo code on the products available on the Website.
• The Offer is valid only on Mens wear/women wear/footwear/home décor products/ watches/Artificial jewelery /bags only and on online purchases made from the Website
• The Offer is not valid on purchases of Diamond, Gold, Silver, Pearl & Gemstone Jewellery
• Service charges as applicable shall be payable by the ICICI Bank Internet Banking User.
• Prior to using Website, ICICI Bank Internet Banking User should read and understand the User Agreement of the said Website and proceed to make purchases only if he/she agrees to abide by the same.
• ICICI Bank Internet Banking User shall be required to give personal information and account details online for the products purchased on the Website. The ICICI Bank Internet Banking User should read and understand the Privacy policy on the Website, prior to providing such information.
• ICICI Bank and the Alliance Partner reserves the right, to add/alter/modify/change or vary all or any of these Terms or to replace, wholly or in part, these Terms at any time, without prior notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever.
• The Products and Service on the website are listed by third parties who will be responsible and liable for complying commitments including but not limited to guarantees, warranties, after sales services etc.
• The Alliance Partner shall not be responsible for technical issues such as malfunction of any communication network, online system, computer hardware/software failure and human errors whatsoever.
•  All disputes arising out of or in connection with or as a result of above Offer or otherwise relating hereto shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai only.
•  All decisions of the Alliance Partner relating to this promotion will be final and no appeals will be entertained in this behalf.
• The ICICI Bank Net Banking User/s will be required to pay the price of the Products/Services quoted by the Alliance Partner on the Website.
• This Offer cannot be clubbed with any other offer that may be made available to the ICICI Bank Net Banking User/s by the Alliance Partner.

 
TERMS AND CONDITIONS PRESCRIBED BY ICICI BANK

•  ICICI Bank does not guarantee and make any representation about the usefulness, worthiness and/or character of the discount / benefit or of the Products/Services under the Offer provided by Alliance  Partner.
• Any tax or other liabilities or charges payable to the government or any other statutory authority/body or any participating establishment, which may arise or accrue to the ICICI Bank Internet Banking User due to provision of the Offer, shall be to the sole account of the ICICI Bank Internet Banking User. Tax deducted at source, if any, on the monetary value of the Offer shall be payable by the ICICI Bank Internet Banking User
• All issues / queries / complaints / grievances relating to the Offer, if any, shall be addressed to Alliance Partner directly at the call center contact numbers and email ids mentioned on the Website without any reference to ICICI Bank. The same shall be addressed to the Alliance Partner, within a period of 15 days from the date of transaction/purchase.
• The existence of a dispute, if any, regarding the Offer shall not constitute a claim against ICICI Bank and shall be addressed directly by Alliance Partner.
• ICICI Bank reserves the right to disqualify the ICICI Bank Internet Banking User/s from the benefits of this Offerif any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the benefits under the Offer.
• ICICI Bank shall not be held liable for any delay or loss that may be caused in delivery of the Products and Services or the discount/s.
• The Offer is not available wherever prohibited and / or on merchandise / Products / Services for which such offers cannot be offered for any reason whatsoever.
• All communication / notices with regard to this offer should be addressed

• If the ICICI Bank Internet Banking User ceases to be a ICICI Bank Internet Banking User at any time during the currency of the Offer Period, all the benefits under the Offer shall lapse and shall not be available to the ICICI Bank Internet Banking User.
