Terms and Condition

I. Definitions

• The offer "get a Free Portable Bluetooth Speakers everyday" is applicable for Fund Transfer transactions using the Mobile Banking Application of ICICI Bank Limited ("ICICI Bank") – iMobile ("Offer").
• The Offer is valid from May 05, 2015 to June 10, 2015. ("Offer Period").
• The Portable Bluetooth Speakers shall be given to the top 4 transactors per day during the Offer Period ("Winners").
• The top 4 transactors will be selected on the basis of the highest value of transaction using Fund Transfer mode of ICICI Bank Mobile Banking Application- iMobile. If there are more than 4 eligible customers, then ICICI Bank shall select the customer who first made the transaction.
• Fund transfer by the customer to his/her own account will not be eligible to be considered for this Offer.
• One customer is eligible to get only one Portable Bluetooth Speakers as a Winner under the Offer.
• Only one highest transaction will be considered whichever is the first transaction done using iMobile or m.icicibank.com.
• The transaction time considered will be from 9am to 6pm.
• The specifications of the Portable Bluetooth Speakers which shall be provided under this Offer are: Portable Bluetooth Speakers.
• The warranty period for the Portable Bluetooth Speakers will be 1 year and for accessories the warranty will be for 6 months. The Portable Bluetooth Speakers and the accessories can be serviced at any GadgetsGuru outlet while in the warranty period.
• GadgetsGuru shall deliver the Portable Bluetooth Speakers to Winner’s address post confirmation from ICICI Bank.
• If the delivered Portable Bluetooth Speakers is found damaged, GadgetsGuru would reverse pick the damaged Portable Bluetooth Speakers and replace the same.
• If the delivered Portable Bluetooth Speakers is found defective, the Winner would have to get a Dead on Arrival (DOA) certificate from the brand service center and GadgetsGuru will replace the defective Portable Bluetooth Speakers post reverse pick up.
• ICICI Bank shall be selecting the Winners as per the criteria set out in Point 4 and GadgetsGuru shall not be responsible for Winners’ list.
• ICICI Bank shall not be responsible for the Phonebank delivered and the services provided by GadgetsGuru and complaints if any about the same shall be redirected to GadgetsGuru.
• Fund transfer using any other channel but ICICI Bank Mobile Banking Application- iMobile will not be considered eligible for the Offer.
• Winner will not have to make any payment to GadgetsGuru to receive the Portable Bluetooth Speakers.
• Winner will get the original product certificate along with the Portable Bluetooth Speakers at the time of delivery.
• After the Portable Bluetooth Speakers is delivered to the Winner, ICICI Bank shall not be responsible for any loss, damage, theft of the same.
• In all matters relating to the Offer, the decision of ICICI Bank shall be final and binding in all respects.
• ICICI Bank shall not in any way be deemed to be making any representation whatsoever about the usefulness, worthiness, quality and/or character of the Portable Bluetooth Speakers and the services provided by GadgetsGuru and shall not be responsible in any way what so ever for the same. The existence of a dispute with respect to, if any, regarding the usefulness, worthiness, nature and/or quality of the Portable Bluetooth Speakers or other services provided by GadgetsGuru, shall not constitute a claim against ICICI Bank.
• ICICI Bank reserves the right to modify/ change all or any of the terms and conditions contained herein as per its discretion without assigning any reasons or without any prior intimation/notice whatsoever. ICICI Bank also reserves the right to discontinue the Contest/Offer without assigning any reasons or without any prior intimation whatsoever. ICICI Bank will not be liable in any manner whatsoever for any loss/ damage /claim/injury that may arise due to withdrawal or change in the terms and conditions of the Offer or discontinuation of it.
• The Offer is subject to applicable Indian laws and such other terms and conditions as may be stipulated by ICICI Bank. The Offer is not available wherever the same is prohibited and/or cannot be offered or for any reason whatsoever. All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts/tribunals of Mumbai. However, ICICI Bank reserves the right to approach any other court or tribunal of competent jurisdiction.
• Any queries/communication/notice regarding the Offer should be sent to ICICI Bank’s 24 HOUR CUSTOMER CARE.
