Terms and Condition

I. Definitions

• "Alliance Partner" shall mean Esbeda, which has entered into an alliance agreement with ICICI Bank Limited ("ICICI Bank") for purpose of providing various offers.
• “Customers" shall mean and include all Resident Individual women customers in the age group of 18 to 60, who shall create an ICICI Bank Fixed Deposit during Program Period. Customer also includes ICICI Bank employees. In case of joint account holders, offer is available to only those customers where first account holder is a women.
• "Fixed Deposit" for the purpose of this Offer shall mean an ICICI Bank Fixed Deposit opened via either iMobile app, Internet Banking, ICICI Bank Branch or Phone Banking by a Customer/s, for a minimum value of Rs. Three lakhs (Rs.3,00,000/-)for a period of 2 years and above, during the Program Period and shall exclude any FD Xtra:FD Life (FD with free life cover), Linked Fixed Deposits including Money Multiplier Fixed Deposits, Quantum Optima Fixed Deposits, Fixed Deposits opened in the name of proprietors, partnerships, companies, trusts and societies, and such existing Fixed Deposits which are renewed during the Program Period.
• “Offer” shall mean, the existing and new ICICI Bank customer who opens a Fixed Deposit with ICICI Bank during the Program Period shall be eligible for a free Esbeda bag against promo code provided by ICICI Bank valid only on www.esbeda.com/home-icici
• "Program Period" shall mean the period commencing from May 25, 2019 to July 31, 2019, both days inclusive during which Fixed Deposit is opened by the Customer.
• "Primary Terms and Conditions" shall mean the terms and conditions applicable to ICICI Bank Fixed Deposit Mobilization.
• “Promo Code” shall mean computer-generated code, consisting of letters or numbers that consumers can enter into a promotional box during check-out to obtain the discount
• "Redemption Period" shall mean the period of redemption of promo code. Valid for 3 months after customer receives the promo code on his/her registered email or mobile number
• “Void Transactions " shall mean wherein the ICICI Bank FD has not been successfully created using ICICI Bank iMobile, Internet Banking, Branch Banking & Phone Banking.
• "Website" shall mean the following https://www.esbeda.com/home-icici of the Alliance Partner

All capitalized terms used but not defined herein shall have the respective meanings prescribed to them in the Primary Terms and Conditions. These terms ("Terms") shall be in addition to and not in derogation of the Primary Terms and Conditions. To the extent of any inconsistency between these Terms and Primary Terms and Conditions, these Terms shall prevail.

II. Offer

• This Offer is available only for the Customers using any of the channel for opening FD including ICICI Bank iMobile, Internet Banking, Phone Banking or Branch Banking.
• The Offer is valid only for select set of Customers selected at the sole discretion of ICICI Bank and who have received communication about the Offer from ICICI Bank, during the Program Period.
• Participation in the Offer by the Customer is on a voluntary basis. The same is being made purely on a "best effort basis".
• To avail benefits under the Offer the Customer shall be required to open an ICICI Bank Fixed Deposit during the Program Period.

III. How to avail the Offer

• Eligible customers will receive the promo code on their registered email id or mobile number latest by 45 days post the Program Period is over and not from the date of opening of FD.
• Each Customer is eligible for only 1 free Esbeda bag code irrespective of number of FDs created during Program period.

• Select the desired bag and add to bag
• Enter the billing and shipping address
• Enter the promo codes and press Apply. The total amount will be 0
• Place the order

• Customers can avail the free Esbeda bag against the promo code issued by ICICI Bank only on www.esbeda.com/home-icici.
• The selected bag will be dispatched within 3-4 working days after placing the order.
• The selected Esbeda bag will be delivered within 20 working days from the date of dispatch.
• This offer cannot be clubbed with any other offer by Esbeda or ICICI Bank.
• This offer is valid for opening FD up to July 31, 2019 only
• The image of the bag is shown for representational purpose only actual design and colour may vary.

• Ebseda & ICICI Bank reserves the right to disqualify any Customer/s from the benefits of the Offer. If case of any fraudulent activity, prosecution shall be carried according to the purpose of availing the benefits under the Offer.

IV. The availability of the Offer is based on the following criteria

• The ICICI Bank Customer(s) may avail the Offer during the Program Period or until the promo codes lasts with the Alliance Partner whichever is earlier.
• Customer(s) who close the Fixed Deposit before its maturity date will become ineligible for the offer.
• The Offer is non-transferable, non-binding and non-encashable.

V. Terms and Conditions applicable to the Offer prescribed by ICICI Bank

• This Offer is brought to Customers solely by Alliance Partner. ICICI Bank is only communicating this Offer on behalf of Alliance Partner.
• ICICI Bank does not guarantee/ warranty and make any representation about the usefulness, worthiness and/or character of the discount / benefit or of the Products/Services under the Offer provided by the Alliance Partner.
• Any tax or other liabilities or charges payable to the government or any other statutory authority/body or any participating establishment, which may arise or accrue to the Customer due to provision of the Offer, shall be to the sole account of such Customer. Tax deducted at source, if any, on the monetary value of the Offer shall be payable by the Customer.
• The existence of a dispute, if any, regarding the Offer shall not constitute a claim against ICICI Bank and shall be addressed directly by the Alliance Partner.
• ICICI Bank shall not be liable in any manner whatsoever for any loss/ damage/ claim that may arise out of use or otherwise of any products or services availed by Customer/s under the Offer provided by the Alliance Partner.
• The Offer is subject to applicable Indian laws and such other terms and conditions as may be stipulated by ICICI Bank. The Offer is not available wherever the same is prohibited and/or cannot be offered or for any reason whatsoever.
• All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts/tribunals of Mumbai. However, ICICI Bank reserves the right to approach any other court or tribunal of competent jurisdiction.
• Any dispute or claim regarding the goods, services and cash back / discounts must be resolved by the Customer with the Alliance Partners directly without any reference to ICICI Bank.
• ICICI Bank reserves the right to disqualify the Alliance Partner/s or the Customer from the benefits of the Offer if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the benefits under the Offer.
• ICICI Bank shall not be held liable for any delay or loss that may be caused in delivery of the goods and services or the assured gifts / prizes by the Alliance Partner.
• The Offer is not available wherever prohibited and / or on products / services for which such offers cannot be made available for any reason whatsoever.
• ICICI Bank reserve the right to modify/ change all or any of the terms applicable to the Offer without assigning any reasons or without any prior intimation whatsoever. ICICI Bank also reserves the right to discontinue the Offer without assigning any reasons or without any prior intimation whatsoever.
• If the Customer ceases to be an ICICI Bank customer at any time during the Offer Period, all the benefits under the Offer shall lapse and shall not be available to the Customer

VI. Terms and Conditions Prescribed by Alliance Partner

• Promo codes work on non-extension clause and order once confirmed cannot be Cancelled or Refunded.
• If lost, promo codes cannot be reissued. Cannot be exchanged for points or cash and cannot be re-validated.
• In addition to these Esbeda terms and conditions, promo codes and their use on our Website are also subject to Esbeda's General Terms of Use and Esbeda’s decision shall be final in case of any dispute.
• Esbeda reserves the right to discontinue the Offer without assigning any reasons or without any prior intimation whatsoever.
• Esbeda general rules & regulations are applicable.
• Esbeda reserves the right at any time without prior notice to add, alter, modify, all or any of these terms and conditions or replace, wholly or in part, this Offer by any other Offer, whether similar to this Offer or not or to withdraw it altogether.
