Terms and Condition

I. Definitions

• "Alliance Partner" shall mean Amazon (www.amazon.in ), which has entered into an alliance agreement with ICICI Bank Limited ("ICICI Bank") for the purpose of providing the Offer.
• "Customer/s" for the purpose of this Offer shall mean a person who opens a valid ICICI Bank Advantage Woman Savings Account
• "Card" shall mean an ICICI Bank Business Debit Card issued by ICICI Bank
• "Card Holder/s" shall mean such customer/s to whom a Card has been issued and is authorized to hold the Card.
• "Offer" shall mean instant benefit provided by the Alliance Partner on purchase of Products/Services using the Card.
• "Offer Period" shall mean the period commencing from April 25, 2016 to June 30, 2016, both days inclusive.
• "Website" shall mean the following website of the "Alliance Partner": www.amazon.in
• "Void Transactions" shall mean wherein the transaction has taken place but has been rejected /cancelled/unsuccessful at the Website of the Alliance partner.
• "Primary Terms and Conditions" shall mean the terms and conditions applicable to the ICICI Bank’s internet banking facility/service.
• "Products/Services" shall mean the products offered by the Alliance Partner on its Website.

All capitalized terms used but not defined herein shall have the respective meanings prescribed to them in the Primary Terms and Conditions. These terms ("Terms") shall be in addition to and not in derogation of the Primary Terms and Conditions. To the extent of any inconsistency between these Terms and Primary Terms and Conditions, these Terms shall prevail.

II. Terms and Conditions prescribed to ICICI Bank Card Holders:

• Participation in offer is only on voluntary basis.
• ICICI Bank holds out no warranty or makes no representation about the quality, delivery or otherwise of the goods and services offered by the Alliance Partner. Any dispute or claim regarding the services and must be resolved by the Card Holder/s with the alliance partner directly without any reference to ICICI Bank.
• ICICI Bank shall not be liable in any manner whatsoever for any loss/ damage/ claim that may arise out of use or otherwise of any products or services availed by the Card Holder/s under the alliance offered by the Alliance Partner.
• The Offer is subject to applicable Indian laws and such other terms and conditions as may be stipulated by ICICI Bank. The Offer is not available wherever the same is prohibited and/or cannot be offered or for any reason whatsoever. All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts/tribunals of Mumbai. However, ICICI Bank reserves the right to approach any other court or tribunal of competent jurisdiction.
• In all matters relating to the Offer, the decision of ICICI Bank shall be final and binding in all respects.
• ICICI Bank shall not in any way be deemed to be making any representation whatsoever about the usefulness, worthiness and/or character of the Offer and/or Product(s)/Service(s) and shall not be responsible in any way whatsoever for the same.
• The existence of a dispute with respect to, if any, regarding the usefulness, worthiness, nature and/or quality of the Product(s)/Service(s), shall not constitute a claim against ICICI Bank. Any such dispute shall be addressed directly by the Alliance Partner.
• ICICI Bank reserves the right to disqualify the Alliance Partner or the Card Holder/s from the benefits of the Offer, if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the benefits under the said Offer or otherwise by use of the Card.
• The Card Holder/s shall be bound by the terms and conditions stipulated by the Alliance Partner in this regard.
• The Offer is sponsored by the Alliance Partner and the Card Holder/s shall be bound by the terms and conditions stipulated by the Alliance Partner in this regard.
• No substitutions or exchange of Offer, other than what is detailed in the communication sent to the Card Holder/s shall be allowed. However, ICICI Bank reserves the right to substitute and/or change and/or discontinue with the Offer or any of them, without assigning any reasons or without any intimation or notice, written or otherwise to the Card Holder/s. ICICI Bank reserves the right to modify/ change all or any of the terms and conditions contained herein as per its discretion without assigning any reasons or without any prior intimation/notice whatsoever.

III. Offer

Please note:

IV. Terms and Conditions from "Amazon/Offer details:

• Amazon.in Gift Cards, are valid for a period of 12 months from the date of activation. Gift Cards including any unused Gift Card balances, expire one year from the date of activation.
• Gift cards can be redeemed against all products available on Amazon.in except another Amazon.in gift card(s), Other Open-Loop Gift Cards like AXIS Bank Gift Card and Amazon apps.
• Any unused Gift Card balance will remain associated with the redeemer’s Amazon.in account and applied to purchases in order of earliest expiration date. If a purchase exceeds the redeemer’s Gift Card balance, the remaining amount can be paid with by credit card, net banking or, debit card or, cash on delivery.
• Gift cards can be combined with any other promotional offer available on Amazon.in
• Gift Cards cannot be reloaded, resold, transferred for value or redeemed for cash.
• QwikCilver, Amazon Seller Services Private Limited ("Amazon") or their affiliates are not responsible if a Gift Card is lost, stolen, destroyed or used without permission.
