Terms and Conditions for Meet SRK – Online Quiz Contest (Contest)

I. DEFINITIONS:

• “Customer” shall mean only the customers of ICICI Bank Limited (“ICICI Bank”) who have opened Fixed Deposits during Contest Period.
• “Contest” shall mean the ‘Meet SRK Quiz’ organised by ICICI Bank.
• “Contest Partner” shall mean third party, if any, who enters into an arrangement with ICICI Bank to provide benefits to Participants under this Contest.
• “Contest Period” shall mean the period starting from February 1, 2020 at 9:00:00 a.m. and ending on March 31, 2020 at 11:59:00 p.m. as per Indian Standard Time (IST).
• “Quiz Period” shall mean the period starting from February 6, 2020 at 9:00:00 a.m. and ending on April 05, 2020 at 11:59:00 p.m. as per Indian Standard Time (IST).
• “Prize”, if any, shall have the same meaning as defined in Clause II under the head “The Contest Rules” and shall be awarded to the Winners of the Contest by the Contest Partner.
• “Fixed Deposits” shall mean ICICI bank Fixed Deposit opened via Retail Internet Banking or iMobile for minimum value of 10 lakhs and minimum tenure of 1 year.
• “Primary Terms and Conditions” shall mean terms and conditions applicable to the products of ICICI Bank.
• “Participant/s” shall mean any person including Customers and/or non-customers of ICICI Bank, who have voluntarily participated in the Contest by visiting the Website. Non customers can open account with the ICICI Bank and then open Fixed Deposit.
• “Terms and Conditions” shall mean the terms and conditions applicable to the Contest.
• “Website” shall mean fd.meetsrk.com
• “Winner” shall mean a Participant who is declared the winner of the Contest by ICICI Bank. For the purpose of this Contest, Winner shall not include any non-customer of ICICI Bank or any ICICI Bank employee and his/her immediate family. There will be 5 winners per day during Contest Period basis the quiz performance.

II. THE CONTEST RULES

a. Eligibility:

• Participant can be ICICI Bank Customers who open eligible Fixed Deposits during Contest Period.
• There will be 5 winners each day during the Contest Period basis their quiz performance.
• All customers of ICICI Bank including NRI Customers are eligible to qualify for the Contest.
• ICICI Bank employees and their immediate family members are not eligible to win Prizes in this Contest although they may participate in the Contest.Immediate family includes employee’s parents, spouses, siblings and children (“Immediate Family”).
• Customer should have opened eligible ICICI bank Fixed Deposit within the period during Contest Period and taken the quiz.
• The last date to take the quiz is April 05, 2020.

b. Detailed Rules of the Contest:

• Each correct answer will carry 1 (one) point. There shall be no negative points for incorrect answer.
• The time taken to answer the questions shall be recorded. The eligible Participant who gets the maximum points in least time shall be selected as Winner.
• In case of a tie, ICICI Bank shall decide the Winner of the Contest. The decision of ICICI Bank in this regard shall be final and binding.
• The score and time taken shall be displayed to the Participant after he/she completes the quiz. However, under no circumstance shall the answer/s be open to dispute by Participant/s for the position of a Winner.
• Customer shall get link to take quiz on their registered email id / mobile number latest by 4 working days post FD creation.
• Customer can take multiple quiz attempts; the best score shall be considered while evaluating the winner for the day.
• If customer opens multiple eligible Fixed Deposits, then his best scores up to number of times of eligible Fixed Deposits he/she has opened shall be considered while deciding on the winner.
• Winners will be declared for the day when they opened FD and not for the day when they took quiz
• Only attempts made through the registered mobile number will be considered.
• All Customers, including those who open an account during the Contest Period are eligible, provided they have opened an eligible Fixed Deposit during Contest Period
• The Contest is open for all ICICI Group employees, except the employees of retail liabilities product, marketing team and business intelligence unit of ICICI Bank. However, no employee of the ICICI Bank’s group company will be eligible for any prizes, except Event invite for meeting Mr. Shah Rukh Khan, in case of winning the Contest.
• If no eligible Customer details are found in respect of an attempt made at the quiz, then the said attempt shall not be eligible to be considered for Prize and such Customer may subsequently be disqualified.
• While Non-Customers may participate, the attempts made by Non-Customers at the quiz shall not be considered for selection of Winner as the said attempts will be made in absence of any eligible ICICI Bank Transaction.
• Daily 5 Customers who have maximum score in fastest time through an Eligible Attempt shall be selected as Winners provided that i) such Customers have opened at least 1 eligible Fixed Deposits during Contest Period.
• Winners shall be announced by April 10, 2020.
• By answering and submitting the quiz, each Participant agrees to these Terms and Conditions and warrants that his or her participation complies with all requirements as set out herein.
• This Contest is based on skill of the Participant and chance plays no part in the determination of Winners.
• ICICI Bank’s decision pertaining to the Contest and Winners will be final and binding for all the Participants.

Prize: 1. There shall be 225 Winners. Winners shall get chance to receive a pair of passes/ invitation to the Meet SRK event.

III. TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Data Privacy:

Participant agrees that personal data, especially name and address, may be processed, shared and otherwise used for the purposes of and within the context of the Contest and any other purposes outlined in the Terms and Conditions as set out herein. The data may also be used by the Contest Partner in order to verify the Participant's identity, postal

address, and telephone number or to otherwise verify the Participant's eligibility to win Prizes in the Contest.

2. Terms governing Contest Prizes:

1. Non-compliance or return of prize notification as undeliverable, whether by regular mail or by email, may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate potential Winner.
2. ICICI Bank makes no assurance regarding the presence of Mr. Shah Rukh Khan at the Event, as the same depends entirely on his availability. Hence, ICICI Bank cannot be held liable in any manner for any circumstances whatsoever which may lead to absence of Mr. Shah Rukh Khan in the Event.
3. All the decisions made by ICICI Bank with regards to Prizes shall be final and binding for all the Participants.

3. Third Party Sites and Hyperlinks:

The Website may provide hyperlinks and/or advertisements to third party websites. These websites are not owned or controlled by ICICI Bank. Please note that ICICI Bank shall not be held responsible/liable for personal information that third parties collect, store and use through their website. Participant should always read the privacy policy of each website visited by him/her.

4. Rights of Participant/s:

Participant/s have the right to obtain a copy of processed personal information and data held by ICICI Bank about him/her. He/She may also request ICICI Bank to update and correct any out-of-date or incorrect personal information held by it. To obtain the aforesaid copy of information or to place a request for the said updation or for any query concerning our policy on data protection and privacy, the Participant can send an e-mail to customer service ID/ or walk into the nearest branch.

5. Disclosure of information:

ICICI Bank may from time to time employ other companies and individuals to carry out functions on its behalf including delivering services, sending mail, providing marketing assistance, analysing data, providing customer service and for accounting and invoicing purposes. In order to carry out their functions efficiently, these companies and individuals may require access to personal information of the Participant. ICICI Bank shall only disclose such relevant personal information as is needed by them to perform their functions properly.

If so directed, ICICI Bank shall co-operate with any court, tribunal, regulatory body, police authority or other similar authority in any investigations or proceedings concerning Participant or his/her use of the Website. This may include disclosing information about communications transmitted via the services to the authorities whenever required.

Whilst we take measures to safeguard the personal information that Participant provides to us, no transmission over the Internet can ever be guaranteed secure. Consequently, please note that ICICI Bank cannot guarantee the security of any personal information that you transfer to us over the internet due to practical constraints.

6. Nature of Information collected

The following information of the Participant/s is collected and processed by ICICI Bank:

1. The information provided on registration, such as full name, registered mobile number and registered, e-mail ID.
2. Information provided by the Participant/s on the Website.

7. Usage of Information

The personal information collected from the Participant/s is used for the following purposes:

1. To facilitate the Contest in a personalised manner; and
2. To monitor the activities of the Participant/s in order to prevent any misuse of the Website and the services provided to the Participant/s.

8. Other Terms and Conditions

• The participation in the Contest is entirely voluntary and it is understood, that the participation in the Contest by the Participants shall be deemed to have been made on a voluntary basis.
• The participation in the Contest shall be deemed to be acceptance of all the terms and conditions governing the Contest.
• If the Winners cannot be contacted or does not come forward for ‘Meet SRK’ session at the specific time communicated for the same, then he/she shall lose the right to meet Mr. Shah Rukh Khan.
• The expenses incurred by the Winner to attend the venue (including but not limited to travelling expenses) shall be borne by the Winner and the ICICI Bank shall not be liable to reimburse to the Winner any expenses/ charges/ costs whatsoever.
• The ICICI Bank absolves itself from any and all claims and/or liabilities (if any) arising out of the Participants’ any act/ conduct on their part during ‘Meet SRK’ session with Mr. Shah Rukh Khan.
• The ICICI Bank accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment of any kind suffered by any Participant by entering in the Contest, including as a result of any Participant winning or not winning the Contest.
• By participating in this Contest, the Participants releases, discharges, indemnifies, and holds harmless the ICICI Bank, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents and representatives from any and all liability, loss, harm, injury, damage, cost and expense whatsoever arising directly or indirectly from participation in the Contest.
• This Contest is subject to force majeure circumstances i.e. Act of God or any circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the ICICI Bank. In case of force majeure conditions, no liability in whatsoever manner shall upon the ICICI Bank.
• Passes/ invitation to the Meet SRK event are not exchangeable, not transferable and not extendable. No cash alternatives will be offered in exchange for Prizes.
• ICICI Bank reserves the right to disqualify the Contest Partner/s or the Winner from the benefits of the Contest if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the Prize under the Contest or otherwise for participating in the Contest. The decision made by ICICI Bank with regard to disqualification of a Participant shall be final and binding.
• The Contest and the Prizes are subject to applicable Indian laws and such other terms and conditions as may be stipulated by ICICI Bank. The Contest and the Prizes are not available wherever prohibited and / or on merchandise / products / services for which such contest cannot be offered for any reason whatsoever.
• All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts/tribunals of Mumbai.
• In all matters relating to the Contest, the decision of ICICI Bank shall be final and binding in all respects.
• ICICI Bank reserves the right to modify/ change all or any of the terms applicable to the Prize as per its discretion without assigning any reasons or without any prior
• intimation whatsoever. ICICI Bank also reserves the right to discontinue the Prize without assigning any reasons or without any prior intimation whatsoever.
• 15. The Event may be sponsored by the Contest Partner and the Winner shall be bound by the terms and conditions stipulated by the Contest Partner in this regard.
• 16. These terms and conditions shall be in addition to and not in substitution / derogation to the Terms and Conditions. All capitalised terms used but not defined herein shall have the respective meanings ascribed to it in the Terms and Conditions, which shall be available at www.icicibank.com.
• 17. ICICI Bank reserves the right to revoke the Contest or modify/ change all or any of the terms applicable to the Contest as per its discretion without assigning any reasons or without any prior intimation whatsoever. ICICI Bank also reserves the right to discontinue the Contest without assigning any reasons or without any prior intimation whatsoever.
• 18. ICICI Bank will not be liable in any manner whatsoever for any loss/ damage /claim/injury that may arise due to withdrawal or change in the terms and conditions of the Contest or Prizes.
