Terms and Condition

Definitions:

1. “Participant” refers to the ICICI Bank savings account holder who transacts successfully through the Money2World services on Internet Banking.
2. “Transaction” refers to money transfers to abroad made by the Participants through the Money2World services on Internet Banking.
3. “Successful Transaction” refers to the Transaction where the beneficiary’s bank account has been credited/ funds are disbursed to the beneficiary as per instructions given by the Participant.
4. “Void Transactions" refers to the Transaction where beneficiary’s bank account has not been credited/funds have not been successfully disbursed to the beneficiary as per the instructions given by the Participant.
5. “Offer Period” refers to the time period of the Offer, valid May 29, 2017 00.00.00 Hours IST to July 2, 2017 23.59.59 Hours IST. ICICI Bank may extend/reduce/cancel the Offer Period at its sole discretion with or without notice.
6. Week will be defined as below
   1. Week 1: May 29, 2017 to June 4, 2017
   2. Week 2: June 5, 2017 to June 11, 2017
   3. Week 3: June 12, 2017 to June 18, 2017
   4. Week 4: June 19, 2017 to June 25, 2017
   5. Week 5: June 26, 2017 to July 2, 2017
7. “Winner”: shall mean the highest spender in a Week who gets the iPad Air 2 Wi-Fi 128GB - Space Grey or the highest spender in a day who will get the All-New Kindle E-reader - Black, 6" Glare-Free Touchscreen Display, Wi-Fi.
8. “Gift”: shall mean iPad Air 2 Wi-Fi 128GB - Space Grey or All-New Kindle E-reader - Black, 6" Glare-Free Touchscreen Display, Wi-Fi.

How to enter:

1. By participating in the Offer, the Participant agrees to be bound by the Terms and Conditions (which may be amended or varied at any time by ICICI Bank with or without notice) and by ICICI Bank’s decisions, which shall be deemed to be final and binding in all matters pertaining to the Offer. All changes in the Terms and Conditions shall be posted on http://www.money2world.com/ (“Website”).
2. To participate in the Offer, the Participant shall be required to transfer money successfully with their ICICI Bank savings account through the Money2World services on Internet Banking during the Offer Period in due compliance with the terms and conditions governing M2W, available at Website.

Eligibility:

1. Offer is valid if the Participant successfully sends money with Money2World services, as mentioned in the email communication.
2. The Successful transaction with Money2World services should be completed within the Offer Period, subject to a maximum of one Gift per Participant in accordance with the terms and conditions governing the usage of services offered by M2W as set out in the Website.
3. The Gift of iPad is valid for Participants with minimum cumulative fund transfer in the Week of INR 2,00,000.
4. The Gift of Kindle is valid for Participants with minimum cumulative fund transfer in a day of INR 2,00,000.

Offer Terms and Conditions

1. Highest spender in a week gets the iPad Air 2 Wi-Fi 128GB - Space Grey.
2. Highest spender in a day will get the All-New Kindle E-reader - Black, 6" Glare-Free Touchscreen Display, Wi-Fi.
3. Offer is applicable on transactions raised in the offer period on Money2World through ICICI Bank Internet Banking only.
4. Offer applicable only on successfully completed Outward Remittance transactions raised through ICICI Bank Internet Banking. The Offer is not valid for failed/cancelled/rejected/recalled/returned transactions.
5. One Participant can be eligible only once as a winner under the Offer. The Offer cannot be clubbed with any other offer. The Offer is non-transferable, non-binding and non- encashable.
6. If there are more than one Participant with the same transaction amount among the highest spenders, then ICICI Bank shall select the winner basis the time stamp of the first Transaction. The Participant who raised their first Transaction earlier will be declared the winner.
7. Any person availing of the Offer shall be deemed to have accepted the terms and conditions mentioned herein.
8. Participation in the Offer by the ICICI Bank customer(s) is on a voluntary basis.
9. Winners will be announced after all transactions for the day/week have been processed.
10. Winners will be announced on ICICI Bank website and also intimated through SMS on registered mobile number and through e-mail sent to registered e-mail ID.
11. Winners will receive the Gift within 90 days from the close of the Offer Period.
12. In case the Winner cannot be contacted using the contact details provided to ICICI Bank, the Bank reserve the right to treat their winning position as null and void. In such a case the ICICI Bank will declare the next highest spender as the Winner.
13. ICICI Bank shall, with the help of the authorized vendor, attempt to have the Gift delivered at the registered mailing address of the winning Participant. If the Gift is undelivered, ICICI Bank shall, at its sole discretion, attempt to have the Gift delivered one more time. If the Gift is still undelivered, ICICI Bank shall hold the Gift for 90 days from the closure date of the Offer, within which period, the Participant should contact ICICI Bank to avail the Gift. After the termination of this time period, ICICI Bank shall be under no obligation to entertain any requests or claims for the Gift item. In order for the Gift to be delivered to the eligible and winning Participant, the Participant understands and permits ICICI Bank shall share the Participant (s)’(s) details like name, address, phone number etc. with the authorized vendor for delivery of the Gift item.
14. No substitutions or exchange of Gift, other than what is detailed in the communication sent to the Participant shall be allowed. However, ICICI Bank reserves the right to substitute and/or change the Gift or any of them on account of non-availability of Gift, without any intimation or notice, written or otherwise to the Participant.
15. In all matters relating to the Offer, the decision of ICICI Bank shall be final and binding in all respects.
16. The color representation of the rewards on the banners, landing page / mail, may not be similar to the one that shall get dispatched to the Winner. Products received might differ in appearance from the images.
17. All visuals of the Gift in the communication sent to the Participant are indicative only.
18. ICICI Bank shall not be responsible for any products delivered by merchant partners and complaints if any about the same shall be redirected to respective merchant partners.
19. No queries will be entertained 90 days after the closure date of the Offer.

Other Terms and Conditions

1. Under this Offer, upon compliance with the conditions mentioned above, the Participant/s shall be entitled with a Gift from the vendor, with whom ICICI Bank has an arrangement in relation to the Offer.
2. In case there is more than one offer available simultaneously, no two offers can be combined by the Participant. It shall be entirely at the discretion of ICICI Bank to consider any exceptions to the above.
3. Any tax or other liabilities or charges payable to the government or any other statutory authority/body, which may arise or accrue to the Participant due to the provision of the Gift, shall be to the sole account of the Participant. Tax deducted at source, if any, on the monetary value of the Gift shall be payable by the Participant.
4. ICICI Bank shall not be responsible for any delay and defect in providing the Gift code by the Vendor or the use of the Gift or on account of any other reasons whatsoever including, without limitation on account of delays or failures by/ attributable to reasons beyond the control of ICICI Bank. ICICI Bank shall also not be liable for, canceling and abandoning of the Gifts by the Vendor.
5. ICICI Bank reserves the right to modify/change all or any of the terms and conditions governing the Offer. ICICI Bank also reserves the right to discontinue the Offer without assigning any reasons whatsoever.
6. The Gift is not the product and service of ICICI Bank and therefore, ICICI Bank shall not in any way be deemed to be making any representation or warranty whatsoever in connection with the Gift (including the quality thereof) or in connection with the timelines of their delivery/ conduct by the Vendor and shall not be responsible in any way whatsoever for the same. The Gift is being provided exclusively by the Vendor and ICICI Bank will not be responsible for any claims/ damages of the eligible Participant in case of deficiencies in the Gift or the services of the Vendor. ICICI Bank shall also not be liable for, canceling and abandoning of the Gifts by the Vendor.
7. The Offer and the opportunity to participate therein are entirely voluntary. Participation in this Offer shall be deemed to be acceptance of all the Terms and Conditions governing the Offer.
8. The Gift enumerated herein shall be non-transferable and / or non-negotiable. No cash or any other substitute shall be offered for the Gift. ICICI Bank reserves the right to change the Gift offered under this Offer at any point of time without informing the Participant/s.
9. Depending on the current or permanent country of residence, the products and services offered by ICICI Bank may or may not be available to the Participant. The Offer is not available wherever prohibited and / or cannot be offered for any reason whatsoever. ICICI Bank shall be entitled, at its sole discretion, to cancel the Gift to any M2W User where such prohibition is applicable and / or cannot be offered for any reason whatsoever.
10. ICICI Bank shall not be obliged to make any public announcements to intimate the Participant/s of the award of the Gift hereunder.
11. The Offer shall be governed by Indian law. All disputes arising under this Offer are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Mumbai.
12. All communication should be addressed to ICICI Bank NRI Services, ICICI Bank Limited, ICICI Bank Towers, Bandra Kurla Complex, Mumbai 400 051 or email at nri@icicibank.com.
13. The Terms and Conditions of the Offer shall be in addition to and not in substitution/ derogation to the terms and conditions governing the usage of the services offered by M2W as set out in the website of ICICI Bank.
14. The Vendor may impose additional terms and conditions for the use of the Gift via e-mail or other means and these terms and conditions shall be in addition to the Terms and Conditions of the Offer and the terms and conditions governing the usage of the services offered by M2W as set out on the Website.
15. Request for extension of expiry date or re validation of used/expired key would not be considered.
16. Reminder redemption mails will not be sent to Participants by ICICI Bank.
