Terms and Condition

I. Definitions

• "Offer" shall mean the campaign for "win 30 powerbank" which shall be applicable for fund transfer & bill pay transactions using the ICICI Bank Internet Banking or iMobile or m.icicibank.com.
• "Customer/s" for the purpose of this offer shall mean a person who are ICICI Bank Net Banking Users and iMobile users.
• "Offer Period" shall mean Offer will be valid from June 10 to November 15, 2017 (Both days inclusive).
• "Winners" shall mean top 10 transactions by value per day on each channel– ICICI Bank Internet Banking / iMobile / m.icicibank.com to whom a powerbank shall be given during the Offer Period
• "Primary Terms and Conditions" shall mean the terms and conditions applicable to ICICI Bank's Internet Banking Service.
• "ICICI Bank Net Banking Service(s)" shall mean internet banking services of ICICI Bank offered to the Internet Banking users.
• "Net Banking User(s)" shall mean a person who holds an ICICI Bank savings bank account and is using ICICI Bank Net Banking Services.
• "Alliance Partner" shall mean ‘Ekco Direct’, an entity which has entered into an alliance agreement with ICICI Bank for purpose of providing the Powerbanks.
• "Channel" shall mean using ICICI Bank Netbanking Services or iMobile or m.icicibank.com
• The Offer is valid only for select set of ICICI Bank Mobile Banking User(s) selected at the sole discretion of ICICI Bank and who have received communication about the Offer from ICICI Bank, during the Offer Period.

All capitalized terms used but not defined herein shall have the respective meanings prescribed to them in the Primary Terms and Conditions. These terms ("Terms") shall be in addition to and not in derogation of the Primary Terms and Conditions. To the extent of any inconsistency between these Terms and Primary Terms and Conditions, these Terms shall prevail.

II. Steps to avail the Offer

• The top 10 transactors on each channel will be selected on the below criteria:
• Customers need to have done a minimum bill payment of Rs.2000 & above as single bill or multiple bills for the day or customer should have done a Fund Transfer of Rs.10000 & above as a single or multiple Fund Transfers for the day.
• Customer needs to be the highest transactor by value on any of the channel for a particular day
• Top 10 highest transactors (value wise) will get a powerbank on each channel for the day.

III. General Terms and Conditions

• Fund transfer by the Customer to his/her own account will not be eligible to be considered for this Offer.
• One customer can be eligible only once a Winner under the Offer.
• The transaction time considered will be from 9am to 6pm.
• This Offer is applicable only for Value Banking and Privilege Banking customers
• Employees will not be eligible for the Offer
• The Winners list will be published by December, 2017. This will be the name of all eligible Winners, who will be sent their powerbank at their registered address
• Ekco Direct shall deliver the powerbank to Winner’s address post confirmation from ICICI Bank.
• If the delivered powerbank is found damaged, Ekco Direct would reverse pick the damaged powerbank and replace the same.
• If the delivered powerbank is found defective, the Winner would have to get a Dead on Arrival (DOA) certificate from the brand service center and Ekco Direct will replace the defective powerbank post reverse pick up.
• ICICI Bank shall be selecting the Winners as per the criteria set out in "Steps to avail the offer" and Ekco Direct shall not be responsible for Winners’ list.
• ICICI Bank shall not be responsible for the powerbank delivered and the services provided by Ekco Direct. Complaints if any about the same shall be redirected to Ekco Direct.
• Transactions using any other channel but ICICI Bank Internet Banking or iMobile or m.icicibank.com will not be considered eligible for the Offer.
• Winner will get the original product certificate along with the powerbank at the time of delivery.
• After the powerbank is delivered to the Winner, ICICI Bank shall not be responsible for any loss, damage, theft of the same.
• Any queries/communication/notice regarding the Offer should be sent to ICICI Bank’s 24 HOUR CUSTOMER CARE
• Suggestions/Grievances if any have to be registered with ICICI Bank Customer care maximum within 60 days of offer completion.
• In all matters relating to the Offer, the decision of ICICI Bank shall be final and binding in all respects.
• ICICI Bank shall not in any way be deemed to be making any representation whatsoever about the usefulness, worthiness, quality and/or character of the powerbank and the services provided by Ekco Direct and shall not be responsible in any way what so ever for the same. The existence of a dispute with respect to, if any, regarding the usefulness, worthiness, nature and/or quality of the the powerbank or other services provided by Ekco Direct, shall not constitute a claim against ICICI Bank.
• Any tax or other liabilities or charges payable to the government or any other statutory authority/body or any participating establishment, which may arise or accrue to the ICICI Bank Net Banking/ iMobile User/s due to provision of the Offer, shall be to the sole account of the ICICI Bank Net Banking/ iMobile User/s. Tax deducted at source, if any, on the monetary value of the Offer shall be payable by the ICICI Bank Net Banking /iMobile User/s.
• The Offer is not available wherever prohibited and / or on products / services for which such offers cannot be made available for any reason whatsoever.
• ICICI Bank reserves the right to modify/ change all or any of the terms and conditions contained herein as per its discretion without assigning any reasons or without any prior intimation/notice whatsoever. ICICI Bank also reserves the right to discontinue the Contest/Offer without assigning any reasons or without any prior intimation whatsoever. ICICI Bank will not be liable in any manner whatsoever for any loss/ damage /claim/injury that may arise due to withdrawal or change in the terms and conditions of the Offer or discontinuation of it.
• ICICI Bank shall not be liable in any manner whatsoever for any loss/ damage/ claim that may arise out of use or otherwise of the powerbank availed by the Customer/s under this Offer.
• If the ICICI Bank Net Banking User ceases to be an ICICI Bank Net Banking User at any time during the currency of the Offer Period, all the benefits under the Offer shall lapse and shall not be available to the ICICI Bank Net Banking User.
• The Offer is subject to applicable Indian laws and such other terms and conditions as may be stipulated by ICICI Bank. The Offer is not available wherever the same is prohibited and/or cannot be offered or for any reason whatsoever. All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts/tribunals of Mumbai. However, ICICI Bank reserves the right to approach any other court or tribunal of competent jurisdiction.
• Any Customer who wins any gift/incentive under any offer from ICICI Bank will not be eligible to win another gift/incentive from ICICI Bank for a period of one year from the date of receipt of the gift/incentive.
