Terms and Condition

I. Definitions

• "Alliance Partner" shall mean 'Bigtree Entertainment Pvt Ltd', hereby known as 'BookMyShow', who has entered into an alliance agreement with ICICI Bank for the purpose of providing the Offer.
• "Customer/s" shall mean a resident Indian individual/HUF who has availed of ICICI Bank Ltd ("ICICI Bank") products or services.
• "Offer" shall mean a Voucher provided to the Customer/s by the Alliance Partner on purchase of Products/Services, during the Offer Period on the Website of Alliance Partner.
• "Offer Period" shall mean the period commencing from July 1st, 2014 and ending on July 31st, 2014, both days inclusive.
• "Primary Terms and Conditions" shall mean the terms and conditions applicable to ICICI Bank's internet banking facility/service.
• "Products/Services" shall mean the benefits/facilities offered by the Alliance Partner.
• "Referrer" shall be the Customer/s who refers any other individual to the iWish Recurring Deposit during the Offer Period.
• "Referred" shall be the individual who has been referred to the Pockets application by the Referrer during the Offer Period.
• "Void Transaction" shall mean any transaction wherein the transaction has taken place but has been cancelled /rejected /unsuccessful by the Alliance Partner.
• "Voucher" shall mean Promo Code from respective Alliance Partner.
• "Website" shall mean the following website of the Alliance Partner www.bookmyshow.com.

All capitalized terms used but not defined herein shall have the respective meanings prescribed to them in the Primary Terms and Conditions. These terms ("Terms") shall be in addition to and not in derogation of the Primary Terms and Conditions. To the extent of any inconsistency between these Terms and Primary Terms and Conditions, these Terms shall prevail.

II. Offer

• In order to participate in the Offer, Referrer shall be required to refera minimum of ten (10) friends/acquaintances to the iWish product. For every ten referrals, the Referrer will get one Voucher.
• In order to be eligible for the Voucher, the Referrer must be a Customer of ICICI Bank.
• The Referrer is only eligible to get a maximum of two Vouchers.
• The Alliance Partner will give the Voucher of Rs. 100/- to eligible Referrers on purchase of product(s)/ Services(s) on the Alliance Partner's Website.
• Participation in the Offer by the Referrer is on a voluntary basis.
• Eligible Referrer/Referred shall be provided the Discount Coupon by mail to their email address registered with ICICI Bank within 15 days of making referrals.
• In order to refer iWish to a friend, the Referrer/s would be required to follow the steps below
  • Referrer would have to visit the website http://www.icicibankrefer.com.
  • Referrer would follow the steps mentioned to register/login to the system.
  • Referrer would select iWish as the product to be referred from the options available, and refer the iWish product to friends via Facebook.
• In order to redeem the Voucher, the Referred Customer shall be required to purchase products / services of the Alliance Partner during the validity of the Discount Coupon by producing the Voucher in the manner prescribed below
  • Customer has to log on to the Website.
  • Select Location, Movie, Cinema, Show Date & Time and Seats of your preference.
  • On the payment page, tick the check box that states "Avail Discounts & Offers" & from drop-down list select "Winpin" option.
• Enter the voucher code sent to you in the text box & click on the "Apply Offer" button next to it.
• Make the payment through ICICI Bank Debit/Credit Card or ICICI Bank Netbanking facility.
• The Voucher shall entitle the Customer/s to avail the Offer during the validity of the Voucher or until the stock lasts, whichever is earlier.
• This Offer cannot be clubbed with any other Offer that may be made available to the Customer/s by the Alliance Partner/ ICICI Bank.
• The Offer is non-transferable, non-binding and non-encashable.

III. Terms and Conditions as prescribed by BookMyShow

• This Offer is brought to you solely by BookMyShow. ICICI Bank is only communicating this offer on behalf of BookMyShow.
• The Voucher can be redeemed ONLY on www.bookmyshow.com and cannot be redeemed directly at the cinema/venue box office.
• The Voucher can be redeemed on the purchase of tickets for Movies/Plays/Concert/Sport available on BookMyShow website.
• The Voucher is valid PAN India across all Cinemas/Partners associated with BookMyShow.
• The Voucher can be used Only once within the validity period.
• The Voucher will only be adjusted against the ticket cost. BookmyShow convenience fees (if any) and/or any additional transaction amount to be borne by the Voucher user.
• If lost/misused, the Voucher cannot be replaced. Void if resold, Cannot be exchanged for point(s) or cash & cannot be re-validated once past expiry date.
• In addition to these BookMyShow Winpin Voucher Terms and Conditions, BookMyShow Vouchers and their use on our website are also subject to BookMyShow's general Terms of Use & BookMyShow’s decision will be final in case of any dispute.

IV. Terms and Conditions prescribed by ICICI Bank

• ICICI Bank does not guarantee and make any representation about the usefulness, worthiness and/or character of the discount / benefit or of the products/services provided by the Alliance Partner.
• Each Referrer can get a maximum of two Vouchers.
• Any images used in promotions are for illustration purpose only.
• Any tax or other liabilities or charges payable to the Government or any other statutory authority/body or any participating establishment, which may arise or accrue to the ICICI Bank debit/credit cardholder, net banking user due to provision of the Offer, shall be to the sole account of the ICICI Bank debit/credit cardholder, net banking user. Tax deducted at source, if any, on the monetary value of the Offer shall be payable by the ICICI Bank card debit/credit cardholder net banking user.
• The existence of a dispute, if any, regarding the Offer shall not constitute a claim against ICICI Bank.
• All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts/tribunals of Mumbai.
• All communication / queries with regard to this Offer should be addressed to the Alliance Partner directly at helpdesk@bookmyshow.com or call at Customer Care Support No.: +91(022)-39895050 without any reference to ICICI Bank.
• ICICI Bank reserves the right to disqualify the Offer Partner/s or Customer/s from the benefits of the Offer if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the benefits under the Offer.
• ICICI Bank shall not be held liable for any delay or loss that may be caused in delivery of the goods and services of the Alliance Partner.
• The Offer is not available wherever prohibited and / or on products / services for which such offers cannot be made available for any reason whatsoever.
