Terms and Condition

I. Definitions

• "Alliance Partner" shall mean BookMyShow, which has entered into an alliance agreement with ICICI Bank Limited ("ICICI Bank") for purpose of providing various offers
• “Customers" shall mean and include all Resident Individual and HUF customers holding ICICI Bank Savings Account and using ICICI Bank Net Banking or iMobile app who shall create an ICICI Bank Fixed Deposit for the first time during Program Period
• "Fixed Deposit" for the purpose of this Offer shall mean an ICICI Bank Fixed Deposit opened via either iMobile app or Internet Banking by a Customer/s, for a minimum value of Rs. Two lac (Rs.2,00,000/-) subject to a maximum amount of Rs. One Crore (Rs. 1,00,00,000/-) for a period of 1 year and above, during the Program Period and shall exclude any Linked Fixed Deposits including Money Multiplier Fixed Deposits, Quantum Optima Fixed Deposits, Fixed Deposits opened in the name of proprietors, partnerships, companies, trusts and societies, and such existing Fixed Deposits which are renewed during the Program Period.
• “Offer” shall mean, the existing and new ICICI Bank customer who opens a Fixed Deposit for the first time with ICICI Bank during the Program Period shall be eligible for a Gift Voucher worth ₹250 provided by Alliance Partner
• "Offer Period" shall mean the period of redemption of gift voucher. Valid for 3 months after customer receives the gift voucher on his/her registered email or mobile number
• “Program” for the purpose of this offer shall mean, creating a new ICICI Bank Fixed Deposit of ₹200,000 or more subject to a maximum amount of ₹ 1 crore for minimum tenure of 1 year through Internet Banking or iMobile only
• "Program Period" shall mean the period commencing from April 01, 2018 to May 15, 2018, both days inclusive during which customer will open the Fixed Deposit
• "Website" shall mean the following https://in.BookMyShow.com of the Alliance Partner
• “Void Transactions " shall mean wherein the ICICI Bank FD has not been successfully created using ICICI Bank iMobile or Internet Banking
• "Primary Terms and Conditions" shall mean the terms and conditions applicable to ICICI Bank’s iMobile/Internet Banking service
• All capitalized terms used but not defined herein shall have the respective meanings prescribed to them in the Primary Terms and Conditions. These terms ("Terms") shall be in addition to and not in derogation of the Primary Terms and Conditions. To the extent of any inconsistency between these Terms and Primary Terms and Conditions, these Terms shall prevail.

II. Offer

• This Offer is available only for the Customers using ICICI Bank iMobile or Internet Banking and who have received communication about the Offer from ICICI Bank, during the Program Period. The communication would be in digital medium.
• The Offer is valid only for select set of Customers selected at the sole discretion of ICICI Bank and who have received communication about the Offer from ICICI Bank, during the Program Period
• Participation in the Offer by the Customer is on a voluntary basis
• To avail benefits under the Offer the Customer shall be required to open an ICICI Bank Fixed Deposit during the Program Period

III How to avail the Offer

• Eligible customers will receive the BookMyShow gift voucher on their registered email id or mobile number latest by 45 days post the Program Period.
• Each Customer is eligible for only 1 gift voucher irrespective of number of FDs created during Program period

Gift Voucher Steps to Redeem:

• Log on to in.BookMyShow.com or BookMyShow Mobile App.
• Select Location, Event, Venue, Show Date, Time and Seats of your preference as the logic flows.
• On payment page, click on the tab that states "Gift Voucher" on left and then enter the Gift Voucher e-Code in the text box that appears.
• Tick the check box that states "Yes, I accept the Terms and Conditions and Booking Policy" and click on the "Apply" button.
• Note: At the end of the successful transaction, Booking ID gets generated which needs to be exchanged at the Cinema/Venue Box Office for actual tickets.
• Email/SMS confirmation will be sent on the Email Address/Mobile Number provided while completing the transaction.

Gift Voucher Terms and Conditions

1. Gift Voucher can be redeemed only on BookMyShow Website/Mobile App and cannot be redeemed directly at the Cinema/Venue Box Office.
2. Gift Voucher can be redeemed on purchase of e-tickets for Movies/Plays/Concerts/Sports or Merchandise and Food & Beverages (if any) available on BookMyShow.
3. Gift Vouchers are valid for 3 months from the date of receipt of voucher on registered email ID or Mobile Number.
4. The Voucher shall only be adjusted against the ticket cost. BookMyShow Convenience Fees (if any) and/or any additional transaction amount shall be borne by the Customer.
5. Gift Vouchers cannot be used to purchase other Gift Vouchers/Cards or recharging the BookMyShow wallet
6. BookMyShow Terms and Conditions Apply.

IV. The availability of the Offer is based on the following criteria

• The ICICI Bank Customer(s) may avail the Offer during the Program Period or until the discount vouchers lasts with the Alliance Partner whichever is earlier
• Customer(s) who close the Fixed Deposit before its maturity date will become ineligible for the offer
• This Offer cannot be clubbed with any other Offer that may be made available to ICICI Bank or its Customer/s by the Alliance Partner
• The Offer is non-transferable, non-binding and non-encashable
• Customer/s has to redeem the Gift Voucher from BookMyShow Website/Mobile App during the Offer Period.

V. Terms and Conditions applicable to the Offer prescribed by ICICI Bank

• This Offer is brought to you solely by Alliance Partner. ICICI Bank is only communicating this Offer on behalf of Alliance Partner.
• ICICI Bank does not guarantee and make any representation about the usefulness, worthiness and/or character of the discount / benefit or of the Products/Services under the Offer provided by the Alliance Partner
• Any tax or other liabilities or charges payable to the government or any other statutory authority/body or any participating establishment, which may arise or accrue to the Customer due to provision of the Offer, shall be to the sole account of such Customer. Tax deducted at source, if any, on the monetary value of the Offer shall be payable by the Customer.
• The existence of a dispute, if any, regarding the Offer shall not constitute a claim against ICICI Bank and shall be addressed directly by the Alliance Partner.
• ICICI Bank shall not be liable in any manner whatsoever for any loss/ damage/ claim that may arise out of use or otherwise of any products or services availed by Customer/s under the Offer provided by the Alliance Partner.
• The Offer is subject to applicable Indian laws and such other terms and conditions as may be stipulated by ICICI Bank. The Offer is not available wherever the same is prohibited and/or cannot be offered or for any reason whatsoever.
• All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts/tribunals of Mumbai. However, ICICI Bank reserves the right to approach any other court or tribunal of competent jurisdiction.
• All issues / queries / complaints / grievances relating to the Offer, if any, shall be addressed to Alliance Partner directly at helpdesk@BookMyShow.com
• ICICI Bank holds out no warranty or makes no representation about the quality, delivery or otherwise of the goods and services or the Gift Vouchers offered by the Alliance Partner. Any dispute or claim regarding the goods, services and cash back / discounts must be resolved by the Customer with the Alliance Partners directly without any reference to ICICI Bank.
• ICICI Bank reserves the right to disqualify the Alliance Partner/s or the Customer from the benefits of the Offer if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the benefits under the Offer.
• ICICI Bank shall not be held liable for any delay or loss that may be caused in delivery of the goods and services or the assured gifts / prizes by the Alliance Partner.
• The Offer is not available wherever prohibited and / or on products / services for which such offers cannot be made available for any reason whatsoever.
• ICICI Bank reserve the right to modify/ change all or any of the terms applicable to the Offer without assigning any reasons or without any prior intimation whatsoever. ICICI Bank also reserves the right to discontinue the Offer without assigning any reasons or without any prior intimation whatsoever.
• If the Customer ceases to be an ICICI Bank iMobile/Internet Banking user at any time during the Offer Period, all the benefits under the Offer shall lapse and shall not be available to the Customer

VI. Terms and Conditions Prescribed by Alliance Partner

• Maximum one discount code can be availed in a transaction
• The discount amount cannot exceed Rs.250/- per transaction. Any additional amount has to be borne by the Customer
• BookMyShow Vouchers can be redeemed only on BookMyShow Website/Mobile App and cannot be redeemed directly at the Cinema/Venue Box Office.
• BookMyShow Vouchers work on non-extension clause and order once confirmed cannot be Cancelled or Refunded.
• BookMyShow Vouchers are valid PAN India across all Cinemas/Partners associated with BookMyShow.
• If lost/misused, BookMyShow Vouchers cannot be replaced/refunded and cannot be revalued. Void if resold, cannot be exchanged for points or cash and cannot be re-validated.
• In addition to these BookMyShow voucher terms and conditions, BookMyShow vouchers and their use on our Website are also subject to BookMyShow's General Terms of Use and BookMyShow’s decision shall be final in case of any dispute.
• BookMyShow & ICICI Bank reserves the right to disqualify any Customer/s from the benefits of the Offer. If case of any fraudulent activity, prosecution shall be carried according to the purpose of availing the benefits under the Offer.
• BookMyShow & ICICI Bank reserves the right to modify/ change all or any of the terms applicable to the Offer without assigning any reasons or without any prior intimation whatsoever.
• BookMyShow & ICICI Bank also reserves the right to discontinue the Offer without assigning any reasons or without any prior intimation whatsoever.
• BookMyShow general rules & regulations are applicable.
• ICICI Bank User(s) are not bound in any way to participate in this Offer. Any such participation is voluntary and the same is being made purely on a "best effort basis".
• BookMyShow & ICICI Bank reserves the right at any time without prior notice to add, alter, modify, all or any of these terms and conditions or replace, wholly or in part, this Offer by any other Offer, whether similar to this Offer or not or to withdraw it altogether.
• In addition to the above, this Offer on the website is also subject to www.BookMyShow.com and ICICI Bank general Terms of Use. Kindly refer www.BookMyShow.com Terms & Conditions on the homepage.
• Customer/s shall be required to give personal information and card details online for the tickets purchased on www.BookMyShow.com or BookMyShow mobile app.
• In case of any disputes, BookMyShow decision shall be final.
