1. The Customer will receive instant discount on domestic flight and international flight bookings as per the Offer for the amount paid through ICICI Bank Credit Cards, Debit Cards and with Credit Card EMI transaction only (excluding ancillaries, insurance, and convenience fees).

2. Offer will be applicable every Friday, Saturday and Sunday during the offer period for Credit Cards and Debit Cards.

For CC & DC – A user can book one domestic flight using either of the codes & one international flight using either code with one card per calendar month.

3. Offer will be applicable every Monday during the offer period for transactions through Credit Cards EMI offer

For EMI CC - One offer ; velocity same as once per promo per card per month

4. Offer is valid till 30th Sep, 2024 ending 23:59 Hrs.

5. Offer will not be applicable on Business, Commercial, Corporate ICICI Bank Credit Cards and Amazon Pay ICICI Bank Credit Card ( bin 431581)

10. Instant discount will be calculated on total flight fare which is Base + Tax (excluding ancillaries, insurance, convenience fees)

11. This Offer cannot be clubbed with any other offer/promotion of ICICI Bank, including offers from individual brands.

12. In the event of any misuse or abuse of the Offer, Alliance Partner reserves the right to deny the Offer to the Customers.

13. The following transactions will not qualify for meeting the spends criteria: 

ATM cash withdrawals, fee payments, transaction which is either unsuccessful or cancelled/rejected by the ICICI Bank, transactions which are followed up with partial or full reversals or transactions that are cancelled by the card holder.

14. Alliance Partner reserves the right, at any time, without prior notice and liability and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change or vary all of these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part, this Offer by another offer, whether similar to this Offer or not, or to extend or withdraw it altogether.

22. To get any infant’s ticket issued, the age of infant must be below 2 yrs and make sure that they have valid proof-of-age documents when they re-checking in, and remember that the infant must be accompanied by an adult at least 18 years old. You can book no more than one infant per adult. 

To avail infant fares; the infant must be under 24 months of age throughout the entire itinerary that you’re booking. If the age of infant is 24 months or above, then you need to book a separate booking as a child.

23. All the tickets/bookings issued to the Customer shall additionally be governed under the terms and conditions as laid out by the respective Airlines/Supplier.

24. In case of partial/full cancellation, the Offer stands void and Customer will not be eligible for the discount.

25. If the Customer cancels the travel service purchase after the discount amount is availed, Alliance Partner will deduct the discount amount from the refund and cancellation charges shall apply.

26. If there is any rescheduling or cancellation, Customer has to bear the fare difference (regardless of whether the component is in the base fare or in tax + surcharge) and other rescheduling/cancellation fees.

27. Offer cannot be exchanged for cash, is non-renewable, non-transferrable, non-negotiable and non-extendable.

28. In case of cancellation of booking purchased using voucher/coupon code, the discount provided will be deducted/settled from the refund amount as per the eligibility of the offer.

29. All disputes under this offer are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts/tribunals of Mumbai. Alliance Partner is not responsible for any delay or cancellation of flights from the airline's end.
