Terms and Condition

I. Definitions

• "Alliance Partner" shall mean Idea, who has entered into an alliance agreement with ICICI Bank for purpose of providing the Offer.
• "ICICI Bank" Pockets App customer" shall mean a person who has ICICI Bank"s Pocket app on their phones.
• "Cardholder(s)" shall mean a customer of ICICI Bank, to whom the Facility has been granted by virtue of such customer holding a Card.
• "Card" shall mean a Debit Card or Pockets Prepaid Card, which has been issued by ICICI Bank to the Cardholder(s) and is valid and subsisting during the Program Period.
• "Offer" shall mean such discount(s) /benefit(s) provided by the Alliance Partner on purchase of Products/Services using ICICI Bank Pockets app, during the Offer Period on the Website.
• "Offer Period" shall mean the period commencing from May 30, 2017 to September 30, 2017, both days inclusive.
• "Primary Terms and Conditions" shall mean the terms and conditions applicable to the ICICI Bank"s Pockets App.
• "Products/Services" shall mean the goods/benefits/facilities offered by the Alliance Partner
• "Website" shall mean the following website of the Alliance Partner – www.ideacellular.com
• "Void Transaction" shall mean any transaction wherein the transaction has taken place but has been cancelled /rejected /unsuccessful by the Alliance Partner.

All capitalized terms used but not defined herein shall have the respective meanings prescribed to them in the Primary Terms and Conditions. These terms ("Terms") shall be in addition to and not in derogation of the Primary Terms and Conditions. To the extent of any inconsistency between these Terms and Primary Terms and Conditions, these Terms shall prevail.

II. Special Offer

The Offer is open to all customers of Idea Cellular Limited ("Idea") making payments on www.ideacellular.com using mVisa as a payment option ("Eligible Users" or "User") through payment processing system/platform provided by BillDesk.

Under this Offer, Eligible Users, who successfully make payment transaction using mVisa as a payment option (each a "Qualifying Transaction") will receives 25% cashback up to a maximum of INR 100 for each Qualifying Transaction, subject to the terms and conditions below.

How To Avail The Offer

• Visit Idea website - care.ideacellular.com/
• Enter your details and proceed to pay
• Select bill desk as the payment gateway and choose ‘Pay using mVisa"
• Login to Pockets app and select ‘Scan to Pay"
• Scan the QR code displayed on the Idea website
• Select the account to make the payment from Pockets wallet* or ICICI Bank Debit Card*
• Enter the amount and make the payment

*You don"t need to enter a PIN while making the payment from Pockets wallet, while paying through your ICICI Bank Debit Card requires you to enter the PIN.

Please note:

• The Offer is valid for first 65,000 qualifying Transactions.
• Cash back into the respective bank account from which the mVisa transaction has been done within 14 days of successful transaction
• The cashback shall be over and above any usual discounts that may be provided by Idea during the Offer Period.

III. Special Conditions

• Max cash back available per eligible customer per transaction during the promo period is Rs 100/transaction
• This special offer is available only for eligible customers recharging or making bill payments at ideacellular.com using mVisa on ICICI Bank Pockets App.
• Cashback shall be credited to respective account from which the successful transaction has been done
• Offer Valid only for first 65,000 transactions done using mVisa

IV. Partner T&C

• The Offer is open to the Eligible Users only, as defined above.
• The Offer will be held during the period from May 30, 2017 to September 30, 2017 (both dates included) (the "Offer Period") or until such time as the maximum limit of Qualifying Transactions is not reached.
• The Offer is valid for 65,000 number of Qualifying Transactions. Once the limit of Qualifying Transactions is reached, no further cash backs will be provided and the Offer will be withdrawn, even if the Offer Period is still valid.
• The cashback shall be over and above any usual discounts that may be provided by Idea during the Offer Period.
• Please check directly with Idea to confirm availability and validity of the Offer.
• For the avoidance of doubt, while Visa has facilitated this Offer for the benefit of Eligible Users, Idea is the sole provider of all goods and/or services. Accordingly, the Eligible User understands, acknowledges and agrees that the procurement by him/her of any goods and/or services shall constitute a contract solely between Idea and him/her, and Visa is not, nor will become, a party thereto.
• By utilizing or attempting to utilize any of the goods and services , the Eligible User understands, acknowledges and agrees that:
• Any claim, complaint or dispute of any nature arising out of or in relation to the procurement, or attempted procurement by the Eligible User of any goods and/or services (each a "Claim") shall be settled by the Eligible User directly with Idea, and the Eligible User shall not make any Claim against Visa.
• Without prejudice to the foregoing, and to the fullest extent permitted by law, Visa shall not be liable to any person for any loss, damage, expenses or claim (whether direct or indirect) in relation to any personal injury, death, false representation, damage or omission arising from or in connection with the usage or attempted usage of the goods and/or services,
• IDEA shall not be liable to any person or Eligible Users in any manner whatsoever or howsoever for any loss or damage or claims that may arise out of or otherwise, howsoever from any refusal or failure on the part of BillDesk to provide or honour the Cash Back Offer, or benefits or privileges given under the Offer, for any reason whatsoever.
• Eligible Users shall contact Bill Desk at the following email address pgsupport@billdesk.com for redressal in the event of any claim or non-receipt of Cash Back Offer, or benefits or privileges under this Offer.
• Eligible Users are not bound in any manner to participate in this Offer. Any participation by the Eligible User shall be voluntary.
• BillDesk shall be liable to the Eligible User (customer/subscriber) to the extent of the cash back offered to him/her within the agreed timeline.
• The Offer is purely promotional in nature and the Offer may be discontinued or altered at any time, whether prior to or during the Offer Period, without prior notice. However, Eligible Users shall receive 25% cashback (upto a maximum of INR 100) prior to the day of withdrawal.
• In the event that the Offer, these terms and conditions, or any part thereof is prohibited or restricted under applicable law, the Offer and/or the terms and conditions (as the case may be) may be modified to the extent required to comply with the law
• Information about the Offer is correct at the time of publication. Eligible Users can refer to the latest set of Terms and Conditions as available on Idea"s website/BillDesk"s Website.

V. Terms Prescribed by ICICI Bank

• ICICI Bank holds out no warranty or makes no representation about the quality, delivery or otherwise of the goods and services or the discount offered by Idea. Any dispute or claim regarding the goods, services and discount must be resolved by the Card Holder/s; please reach out to BillDesk on pgsupport@billdesk.com
• ICICI Bank shall not be liable in any manner whatsoever for any loss/ damage/ claim that may arise out of use or otherwise of any goods/ services / discount / gift vouchers availed by the Card Holder/s under the said offer offered by Idea.
• ICICI Bank reserves the right to disqualify Idea or the Card Holder/s from the benefits of the Offer, if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the benefits under the said Offer or otherwise by use of the Card.
• The Card Holder/s shall be bound by the terms and conditions stipulated by Idea in this regard.
• No substitutions or exchange of Offer, other than what is detailed in the communication sent to the Card Holder/s shall be allowed. However, ICICI Bank reserves the right to substitute and/or change the Offer or any of them, without any intimation or notice, written or otherwise to the Card Holder/s.
