How to avail of the offer
- The customer has to spend a minimum of Rs 3,000 or more, during the Offer Period
- Offer is valid only on ICICI Bank Debit Cards
- Only Point of Sale (PoS) and E-commerce transactions will be considered for spends

- The Offer is not valid on ATM Cash Withdrawals
- The Voucher will be posted based on eligibility within 90 days after the campaign period
- Only the customers who have received the Offer communication (through e-mail/SMS/notification) are eligible to participate in the Offer.

Terms and Conditions
I. Offer Terms and Conditions
- "Card" shall mean Debit Card, which has been issued by ICICI Bank and is valid during the Programme/Offer Period
- "Card Holder/s" shall mean such customer/s to whom a Card has been issued and have received the communication of the Programme from ICICI Bank by e-mail/ SMS/notification
- Customer has to use an ICICI Bank Debit Card for total spends on mentioned payment categories as communicated to get a free Amazon Voucher
- No minimum spends amount limit on each payment category
- Total Offer spends: As communicated by way of e-mail/SMS/notification
- Voucher amount: As communicated by way of e-mail/SMS/notification
- "Offer Period" shall refer to period from Account opening date till the 15th day of the next calendar month. (example if Account opened on Jun 1st 2023, then offer period will be from Jun 1st 2023 to August 15th 2023).
- “Retail Purchase” shall mean such purchase, which has been made by the Debit Card Holder/s by swiping the Card on any bank’s electronic data capture terminal during the Promo Period. Cash Withdrawals at ATMs will not be eligible for the Programme

- "Debit Card Payment" shall mean such purchase, which has been made by the Debit Card Holder/s by using the Card at any Retail outlet, on any E-commerce site or Online Merchant Payment gateway, by entering card details during the Offer Period
- Cash Withdrawals at ATMs will not be eligible for the Programme
- "Programme" or "Offer" shall mean payments done using ICICI Bank Debit Cards to get an Amazon Voucher is as per communication
- Offer Period: From Account opening date till the 15th day of the next calendar month
- "Primary Terms and Conditions" shall mean the terms and conditions applicable to the Card in addition to these Terms and Conditions
- "Void Transaction" shall mean any transaction where the transaction has taken place but has been cancelled by the Retail or Online Merchant prior to settlement with ICICI Bank.
II. Program / Offer
- The Offer is valid for select Debit Card Holder/s only who have completed Offer registration within the Offer period. Only customers who have received offer communication (e-mail/SMS/app notification) are eligible to participate
- Voucher shall be given only to those who have registered for the Offer and made total spends to meet the offer criteria using ICICI Bank Debit Cards within Offer Period
- The winners shall be announced within <90> days of the end of the Programme Period
- Upon the Cardholder/s fulfilling the offer requisites and as per the offer Terms and Conditions, the Voucher will be sent through SMS or registered e-mail ID linked to the Debit Card within 90 working days from the end of the offer period
- A Cardholder will be entitled to only one Voucher corresponding to the total of Debit Card Purchases (E-com/POS purchases) during the Offer Period
- The Offer is applicable for the Primary Cardholder/s only and not valid for void transactions
- The Offer is not valid with Wallet upload, ATM Cash Withdrawal, Insurance, Mutual Fund Payments or Tax payments will not be considered
- In case of a cancelled transaction, if the total Retail or Online Purchases made by the Cardholder during the offer period become less than the eligible spends as defined for each customer set, the Voucher amount would be debited from the Cardholder’s Account, if the Voucher Code has been given already
- Acceptance of the Voucher by the Debit Card Holder/s constitutes permission for ICICI Bank and its Affiliates to use the Debit Card Holder/s name, photograph, other details furnished, voice and comments for advertising and promotional purposes in any medium without being liable to pay any additional charges to the Debit Card Holder/s
- No queries will be entertained 90 days after the Offer Closure Date.
III. Other Terms and Conditions
- The participation in the Programme is entirely voluntary
- If the Debit Card Holder/s ceases to be the Debit Card Holder/s at any time during the Programme, all the benefits shall lapse and will not be available to the Debit Card Holder/s
- All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts/tribunals of Mumbai
- All communication/ notices with regard to this Programme should be addressed to "ICICI Bank Limited, ICICI Phone Banking Center, ICICI Bank Tower, 7th floor, Survey no: 115/27, Plot no. 12, Nanakramguda, Serilingampally, Hyderabad – 500032, India
- The decision of ICICI Bank shall be final and binding in all aspects relating to the Programme
- These Terms shall be in addition to and not in substitution/derogation to the Primary Terms and Conditions governing the ICICI Bank Debit Card. All capitalised terms used but not defined herein shall have the respective meanings ascribed to it in the Primary Terms and Conditions
- ICICI Bank shall not be liable in any manner whatsoever for any loss/damage/claim that may arise out of use or otherwise of any goods/services availed by the Debit Card Holder/s under the Programme
- ICICI Bank reserves the right to modify/change all or any of the terms applicable to the Programme, the right to discontinue the Programme without assigning any reasons or without any prior intimation whatsoever
- ICICI Bank reserves the right to disqualify any Merchant Establishment or Debit Card Holder/s from the benefits of the Programme, if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out to avail the benefits under the Programme or otherwise by use of the Card at an ICICI Bank terminal
- The Programme is not available wherever prohibited and/ or on merchandise/ products/ services for which such programmes cannot be offered for any reason whatsoever.
