For the purpose of these terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”):

“Card” will mean Debit Card, which has been issued by ICICI Bank and is valid during the Programme/Offer period

“Cardholder/s” will mean such customer/s to whom a Card has been issued and who are authorised to hold the Card and who have received the communication of the programme from ICICI Bank through E-mail/ SMS/notification as per the discretion of ICICI Bank

To qualify for this offer, the customer has to use the ICICI Bank Debit Card for total spends on the mentioned payment categories as communicated

Total offer spends: As communicated through E-mail/ SMS/notification as per the discretion of ICICI Bank

Voucher amount: As communicated through E-mail/ SMS/notification as per the discretion of ICICI Bank

“Offer period” will refer to the period of the first calendar month following the account opening month. (For example, if the account is opened in Jun 2023 then offer period will be from Jul 01, 2023 to August 31, 2023 for the Cardholder. “Retail Purchase” will mean such purchase, which has been made by the Debit Cardholder/s by swiping the Card on any Bank’s electronic data capture terminal during the promo period. Cash withdrawals on ATMs will not be an eligible transaction for the programme

“Debit Card Payment” will mean such purchase, which has been made by the Debit Cardholder/s by using the Card at any retail outlet, e-commerce site or online merchant payment gateway entering card details during the offer period

Cash withdrawals on ATMs will not be an eligible transaction for the programme

“Programme” or “Offer” will mean payments done using ICICI Bank Debit Card to get Amazon voucher as per communication

“Void Transaction” will mean any transaction wherein the transaction has taken place but has been cancelled by the retail or online merchant prior to settlement with ICICI Bank.

The offer is valid for select Debit Cardholder/s only who have completed the offer registration within the offer period. Only the customers who have received offer communication (E-mail/SMS/app notification) are eligible to participate

The voucher shall be given only to those customers who have registered for the offer and have total spends as per the communication and have also met the offer criteria using ICICI Bank Debit Card within the offer period

The winners will be announced within 90 days of the end of the programme period

Upon the Cardholder/s fulfilling the offer requisites as per the offer terms and conditions, the voucher will be sent via SMS or customer’s registered e-mail ID linked to the Debit Card within 90 working days of the end of the offer period

A Cardholder will be entitled to only one voucher corresponding to the total number of Debit Card Purchases (Ecom / POS purchases) during the offer period

The offer is applicable for the Primary Cardholder/s only and not valid for void transactions

The offer is not valid for wallet upload, ATM cash withdrawal, insurance or mutual fund payments and tax payments will not be considered

In case of a cancelled transaction and post cancellation of a transaction, if the total retail or online purchases by the Cardholder during the offer period are less than the eligible spends as defined for each customer set, voucher amount will be debited from the Cardholder’s account if voucher code has been given already

Acceptance of the voucher by the Debit Cardholder/s constitutes permission for ICICI Bank and its affiliates to use the Debit Cardholder/s name, photograph and other details which are furnished to ICICI Bank, voice and comments for advertising and promotional purposes in any medium without being liable to pay any additional charges to the Debit Cardholder/s

No queries will be entertained <90> days post the offer closure date.

The participation in the programme is entirely voluntary and it is understood that the participation by the Debit Cardholder/s will be deemed to have been made on a voluntary basis

If Debit Cardholder/s ceases to be Debit Cardholder/s at any time during the currency of the programme, all the benefits under the programme will lapse and will not be available to the Debit Cardholder/s

All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts/tribunals of Mumbai

In all matters relating to the programme, the decision of ICICI Bank will be final and binding in all respects

These terms will be in addition to and not in substitution/derogation to the primary terms and conditions governing ICICI Bank Debit Card. All capitalised terms used but not defined herein will have the respective meanings ascribed to it in the primary terms and conditions

ICICI Bank will not be liable in any manner whatsoever for any loss/damage/ claim that may arise out of use or otherwise of any goods/services availed by the Debit Cardholder/s under the programme

ICICI Bank reserves the right to modify/change all or any of the terms applicable to the programme without assigning any reasons or without any prior intimation whatsoever. ICICI Bank also reserves the right to discontinue the programme without assigning any reasons or without any prior intimation whatsoever

ICICI Bank reserves the right to disqualify any merchant establishment or Debit Cardholder/s from the benefits of the programme if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the benefits under the programme or otherwise by use of the Card at an ICICI Bank terminal

The programme is not available wherever prohibited and/or on merchandise/ products/services for which such programmes cannot be offered for any reason whatsoever.
