I. Definitions

• "Alliance partner" shall mean Ezone as "ezoneonline.in", who has entered into an alliance agreement with ICICI Bank for purpose of providing the Offer.
• "Customer/s" for the purpose of this Offer shall mean a person who holds a valid ICICI Bank VISA/MASTER Debit card issued by ICICI Bank and who has received communication from ICICI Bank with respect to the Offer.
• "Cardholder" shall mean a customer to whom the Facility has been granted by virtue of such customer holding a Card.
• "Card" shall mean Debit Card, which has been issued by ICICI Bank and is valid and subsisting during the Program Period.
• "Offer" shall mean instant discount/benefit/cashback provided by the "Alliance partner" on purchase of Products/Services using ICICI Bank Debit.
• "Offer Period" shall mean the period commencing from December 20, 2014 to March 31, 2015, both days inclusive.
• "Website" shall mean the following ""website"" of the "Alliance partner" www.ezoneonline.in.
• "Void Transactions "shall mean wherein the transaction has taken place but has been rejected /canceled/ been unsuccessful at the ""website"" of the "Alliance partner".
• "Primary Terms and Conditions" shall mean the terms and conditions applicable to ICICI Bank’s Internet banking facility/service .
• "Products/Services" shall mean the goods/benefits/facilities offered by the Alliance Partner.

All capitalized terms used but not defined herein shall have the respective meanings prescribed to them in the Primary Terms and Conditions. These terms ("Terms") shall be in addition to and not in derogation of the Primary Terms and Conditions. To the extent of any inconsistency between these Terms and Primary Terms and Conditions, these Terms shall prevail.

II. Online Offer (www.ezoneonline.in)

Store offer:
10% cashback on minimum purchase of Rs 15,000 at Ezone outlets across all category of products (Maximum Discount is Rs 2500 per bill).

Online offer:
10% cashback on minimum purchase of Rs 15,000 at www.ezoneonline.in across all category of products (Maximum Discount is Rs 2500 per bill).

Offer Period : 20th December 2014 to March 31, 2015.

To avail benefits under the Offer the ICICI Bank customer shall be required to purchase at “www.ezoneonline.in” or Ezone oulets using ICICI Bank Debit cards during the Offer Period from, December 20, 2014 to March 31, 2015 (both days inclusive).

The Offer is non-transferable, non-binding and non-encashable.

The Offer is not valid for Void Transactions

Online purchase process:

• Customer has to Log on to www.ezoneonline.in.
• Select the item as per given categories.
• Pay using ICICI Bank Debit card.

III. Terms and Conditions as Prescribed by Ezoneonline

• 10% Cashback on purchases of Rs. 15,000 or more on domestic ICICI Bank debit cards.
• This offer is valid starting from December 20, 2014 to March 31,2015 both days inclusive.
• The maximum cashback that can be redeemed on a card is Rs.2500. Cash Back will duly processed by ICICI Bank.
• This offer is valid on purchases from all categories on www.ezoneonline.in.
• For an order to be eligible for the cashback, it should be paid for in-full by a ICICI credit or debit card. Partial payment will not be applicable.
• The cashback will be credited to the customers credit card/savings bank account after 60 days of promotion period by ICICI Bank.
• Shipping charges as per assigned terms and conditions by Ezoneonline.
• Customer will be required to make payment as per the price quoted by Ezoneonline www.ezoneonline.in (Ezoneonline website).
• Service charges as applicable shall be payable by the Customer.
• Any person availing of this offer shall be deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions.
• ICICI Bank and Ezoneonline reserves the right, at any time, without prior notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change or vary all of these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part, this offer by another offer, whether similar to this offer or not, or to extend or withdraw it altogether.
• All disputes, if any, arising out of or in connection with or as a result of above offers or otherwise relating hereto shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts / tribunals in Mumbai only, irrespective of whether courts / tribunals in other areas have concurrent or similar jurisdiction.
• Ezoneonline shall not be liable for any claims or grieviences solely attributable to ICICI bank Cards or netbanking services of ICICI bank.

IV. Terms and Conditions as Prescribed by ICICI Bank

• This offer is brought to you solely by Ezoneonline. ICICI Bank is only communicating this offer on behalf of Ezoneonline.
• ICICI Bank does not guarantee and make any representation about the usefulness, worthiness and/or character of the discount / benefit or of the Products/Services under the Offer provided by "Ezoneonline."
• Any tax or other liabilities or charges payable to the government or any other statutory authority/body or any participating establishment, which may arise or accrue to the ICICI Bank debit cardholder, due to provision of the offer, shall be to the sole account of the ICICI Bank debit. Tax deducted at source, if any, on the monetary value of the Offer shall be payable by the ICICI Bank debit cardholder .
• The existence of a dispute, if any, regarding the Offer shall not constitute a claim against ICICI Bank and shall be addressed directly by Ezoneonline. In the event of any customer claims arising due to any acts and omission on the part of ICICI or claims or fraud related to the debit card , ICICI shall be liable to address such disputes. All communication / notices with regard to the said claims should be addressed to , Ezoneonline, 247 Park, Tower C, Vikhroli (W), Mumbai 400083.
• All issues / queries / complaints / grievances relating to the Offer, if any, shall be addressed to Alliance Partner directly at the below mentioned email id care@ezoneonline.in without any reference to ICICI Bank. The same shall be addressed by Ezoneonline within 7 working days of transaction.
• However, any dispute or claim raised by the Customer not attributable to Alliance Partner shall be resolved by ICICI bank without reference to Aliiance Partner. The ICICI Bank shall be solely responsible for all issues/claims/disputes/complaints from the Customer or such other third parties on issues arising out of or in connection with the payment system/cash back/discount, benefits or otherwise provided by the ICICI Bank to the Customer/s under the offer which at all times, both during and post the Offer period, shall rest with the ICICI Bank.

• ICICI Bank reserves the right to disqualify the -Offer Partner/s or ICICI Bank net banking user from the benefits of the Program if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the benefits under the Program or otherwise by use of the Card.
• ICICI Bank shall not be held liable for any delay or loss that may be caused in delivery of the goods and services or the assured gifts / prizes.
• The Offer is not available wherever prohibited and / or on products / services for which such offers cannot be made available for any reason whatsoever.
• ICICI Bank/ Ezoneonline reserve the right to modify/ change all or any of the terms applicable to the Offer without assigning any reasons or without any prior intimation whatsoever. ICICI Bank also reserves the right to discontinue the Offer without assigning any reasons or without any prior intimation whatsoever.
• If the ICICI Bank debit Cardholder, ceases to be so at any time during the Offer Period, then all the benefits under the Offer shall lapse and shall not be available to such user.

V. Offline Offer (Ezone retail outlets)

• 10% cashback on minimum purchase of Rs 15,000 at Ezone Retail outlet (PAN India) across all category of products.
• Offer Period : December 20, 2014 to March 31, 2015.
• Offer Validity : Debit cardholder/s.

VI. Terms and Conditions as Prescribed by Ezone

• The Special offer ("Scheme") is open for all individuals holding ICICI Bank Debit Cards ("Customers"). The scheme is Open from December 20, 2014 to March 31, 2015.
• ("Scheme Period") at Ezone Retail stores ("collectively stores") of Ezone,for all customers who make purchase during the scheme period from the store, the select model (s) of Consumer durable and Electronics of all available brand items ("Product") for Rs 15000/- (Rupees Twenty thousand only) or more on a single bill using ICICI Bank Debit Cards as mode of payment ("Eligible bill") . Clubbing of two bill of less than Rs 15,000/- is not allowed.
• Maximum cash back under the offer will be Rs 2500 only.
• Offer applicable across all product categories.
• The cash back for the above promo will be credited to the cardholder/s account i.e. Savings A/c within 60 days after offer period ends, by the ICICI Bank.
• This offer is valid at all Ezone Retail outlets (PAN India).
• Purchase made before or after the scheme period shall not be eligible.
• The benefits under this scheme are non-transferable.
• All taxes , duties , levies or other statutory dues and charges including handling charges payable in connection with the benefits accruing under the scheme shall be borne solely by the customer and Ezone shall not be liable in any manner whatsoever for any such taxes , duties, levies, or other statutory dues and charges including handling charges.
• In case of any operational or technical issue , Ezone has all the rights to stop or discontinue this scheme before March 31,2014, in such cases customer will be informed accordingly.
• The participation in the scheme is entirely voluntary and it is understood that the participation by the customer shall be deemed to have made on a voluntary basis.
• All disputes are subject to exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Mumbai only.
• However, any dispute or claim raised by the Customer not attributable to Alliance Partner shall be resolved by ICICI bank without reference to Aliiance Partner. The ICICI Bank shall be solely responsible for all issues/claims/disputes/complaints from the Customer or such other third parties on issues arising out of or in connection with the payment system/cash back/discount, benefits or otherwise provided by the ICICI Bank to the Customer/s under the Offer which at all times, both during and post the Offer period, shall rest with the ICICI Bank.

VII. Terms and Conditions as Prescribed by ICICI Bank

• ICICI Bank holds out no warranty or makes no representation about the quality, delivery or otherwise of the goods and services or the discount offered by Ezone Any dispute or claim regarding the goods, services and discount must be resolved by the Card Holder/s with Ezone store directly without any reference to ICICI Bank.
• ICICI Bank shall not be liable in any manner whatsoever for any loss/ damage/ claim that may arise out of use or otherwise of any goods/ services / discount / gift vouchers availed by the Card Holder/s under the said Offer offered by Ezone.
• ICICI Bank reserves the right to disqualify Ezone or the Card Holder/s from the benefits of the Offer, if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the benefits under the said Offer or otherwise by use of the Card.
• The Card Holder/s shall be bound by the terms and conditions stipulated by Ezone in this regard.
• No substitutions or exchange of Offer, other than what is detailed in the communication sent to the Card Holder/s shall be allowed. However, ICICI Bank reserves the right to substitute and/or change the Offer or any of them, without any intimation or notice, written or otherwise to the Card Holder/s.
