• This offer is valid only on first ICICI Bank debit card online Debit Card transaction
• Online transaction can done on any online merchant and at any time of the day (24 hours inclusive)
• The voucher code will be send through SMS to customers who complete their first online transaction within the offer period (April 15 – May 31, 2016)
• Only registered customers will be considered for this offer
• The voucher code will be send within 15 days of the offer closing date
• ICICI Bank holds out no warranty or makes no representation about the quality, delivery or otherwise of the goods and services offered by the alliance partner. Any dispute or claim regarding the goods, services and assured gifts / prizes must be resolved by the Card Holder/s with the alliance partner directly without any reference to ICICI Bank.
• ICICI Bank shall not be liable in any manner whatsoever for any loss/ damage/ claim that may arise out of use or otherwise of any goods/ services / offer availed by the Card Holder/s under the alliance offered by the alliance partner.
• ICICI Bank reserves the right to disqualify the alliance Partner/s or Card Holder/s from the benefits of the alliance if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the benefits under the alliance or otherwise by use of the Card.
• The Offer is sponsored by the alliance Partner and the Card Holder/s shall be bound by the terms and conditions stipulated by the alliance Partner in this regard.
• ICICI Bank shall not be held liable for any delay or loss that may be caused in delivery of the goods and services.
• The Offer is not available wherever prohibited and / or on merchandise / products / services for which such alliances cannot be offered for any reason whatsoever.
• Only 1 E-voucher can be used per order.
• This E-voucher cannot be used along with any Offer/Scheme/Coupon.
• Applicable online only. The consumer will have to visit our website http://www.dominos.co.in/ , place the order and on the payment page select the E-Voucher option and key-in the code to redeem it.
• These codes are applicable at all Domino’s Pizza INDIA restaurants except Airport restaurant and restaurants in Goa, Shimla, Darjeeling, Mussorie, Ooty, Dharamsala, Nainital & Kodaikanal.
• This voucher cannot be exchanged for cash.
• In case the value of purchase is less than the voucher, the balance will not be refunded.
• Domino’s pizza will not be liable for the loss or renewal of this voucher.
• The balance amount after using E.Voucher code can only be paid by Cash in case of Home Delivery.
• All disputes are subject to Delhi jurisdiction only. Conditions Apply.
• Multiple E- Vouchers cannot be clubbed in 1 billing.
• This E-Voucher cannot be clubbed with any other on-going promotion or offer at Domino's.
• Full voucher code gets burnt - No refund.
• Any as per client for less than or equal to year.
• Validity - 3 Months.
• Accentiv shall not be responsible for loss / misplace / theft of the Card from the Cardholder, in any manner whatsoever.’
