Bestseller Brands - Offer:

• ICICI Bank shall offer a cash back of 10% on the use of ICICI Bank Credit/ Debit Card.
• Customer purchasing apparels and accessories at the Alliance Partners retail stores
• Jack & Jones – Minimum purchase of ₹5000/- minimum shall get Additional 10% cash back on using ICICI Bank Credit/ Debit Card.
• Vero Moda / ONLY – Minimum purchase ₹4000/- minimum shall get Additional 10% cash back on using ICICI Bank Credit/ Debit Card.
• Max Cash back shall be up to ₹750
• Offer will be applicable at brands ( Jack & Jones / VERO MODA / ONLY ) Exclusive Retail outlets PAN India.
• Offer Period:
• This arrangement shall commence w.e.f. October 07, 2016 and shall be valid up to November 02, 2016.
• ICICI Bank Customers who shall be eligible to the Offer: Any ICICI Bank customer who make a purchase  of the product/services of the Alliance Partner through a valid Credit or Debit Card of ICICI Bank.
• In order to avail the Offer the Customer shall be required to transact through ICICI Credit or Debit Card at the Alliance Partner’s  Retail Outlets  Jack & Jones / Vero Moda/ Only Retail Brand Outlet  PAN India only during the Offer Period and shall be required to  make payment through the  Credit or Debit card held by the Customer with ICICI Bank

II. Bestseller Brands prescribed -Terms & Conditions

• The Gift voucher / discount shall be applied on the net price that is net of discounts, provided that such value is equal to or greater than ₹5000/- for Jack & Jones & ₹4000 for VERO MODA & ONLY.
• The offer shall be applicable on the MRP of the products (inclusive of all taxes) and shall be calculated on the total value of the transaction. The offer shall be available on all the products/services of including garments and accessories.
• In order to avail the discount, the total payment needs to be made using an ICICI Bank credit or debit card.
• Maximum Cash back per card under the Offer will be Rs.750 Only.
• Cashback will credited to eligible cardholders account within 60 days post offer end date.
• The Cash back is applicable on a single transaction and bills cannot be clubbed to avail the discount.
• This offer is valid between October 07, 2016 to November 02, 2016.
• The offer will be valid during the promotion period only which will be at the sole discretion of Bestseller Brands & ICICI Bank.
• Bestseller & ICICI Bank retains the right to change or discontinue the offer at any time during the promotion period.
• The decision of Bestseller & ICICI Bank will be final and binding and any correspondence in this regard will not be entertained.
• All issues/claims/disputes/complaints from the Customer on issues arising out of or in connection services pertaining to the Cardholder/s holding an ICICI Bank VISA / AMEX / Master Card credit card and/or ICICI Bank debit and/or any other card issued by ICICI Bank (the “Card/s”) shall be sole responsibility of ICICI Bank.
• *No substitutions or exchange of Offer, other than what is detailed in the communication sent to the Card Holder/s shall be allowed

III. ICICI Bank - Terms and Conditions:

• ICICI Bank holds out no warranty or makes no representation about the quality, delivery or otherwise of the goods and services or the discount offered by Bestseller Brands (Jack & Jones / Vero Moda / ONLY).
• Any dispute or claim regarding the goods, services and discount must be resolved by the Card Holder/s with Bestseller Brands (Jack & Jones / Vero Moda / ONLY) directly without any reference to ICICI Bank.
• ICICI Bank shall not be liable in any manner whatsoever for any loss/ damage/ claim that may arise out of use or otherwise of any goods/ services / discount / gift vouchers availed by the Card Holder/s under the said Offer offered by Bestseller Brands (Jack & Jones / Vero Moda / ONLY).
• ICICI Bank reserves the right to disqualify Bestseller Brands ( Jack & Jones / Vero Moda / ONLY ) or the Card Holder/s from the benefits of the Offer, if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the benefits under the said Offer or otherwise by use of the Card.
• The Card Holder/s shall be bound by the terms and conditions stipulated by Bestseller Brands (Jack & Jones / Vero Moda / ONLY) in this regard.
• No substitutions or exchange of Offer, other than what is detailed in the communication sent to the Card Holder/s shall be allowed. However, ICICI Bank reserves the right to substitute and/or change the Offer or any of them, without any intimation or notice, written or otherwise to the Card Holder/s.
