• The offer can be availed only on making full payment using an eligible ICICI Bank MasterCard Credit or Debit Card issued in India.
• The offer is valid only till June 30, 2017.
• Under this offer, cardholder will get Rs 300 off on minimum spend of Rs. 3000, using the promo code.
• To avail of the offer, cardholder is required to register and create an account and thereafter login to the account. However, if the cardholder already has an account then he/she can login with the existing account.
• Offer is valid on the website www.travelyaari.com and the mobile application.
• Offer is not applicable for government, state and RTC bus operators.
• Availing of the Offer means agreeing to receive promotional activity in the future from Travelyaari
• Threshold spend to qualify for the offer is calculated on the basis of product/service/booking cost only and excludes all taxes, VAT, etc. Any taxes or liabilities or charges payable to the Government or any other authority or body, if any, shall be borne directly by Cardholder and/or billed to the account of the Cardholder.
• No two offers can be clubbed together.
• The Offer can be availed only once during the offer period.
• The offer is non-binding, non-encashable and non-negotiable.
• Any dispute regarding delivery, service, suitability, merchantability, availability or quality of the offer/or product/services availed under this offer must be addressed in writing, by the customer directly to Travelyaari at +91-(STD code)-44820000 or 1800-103-4482. • Any dispute relating to the offer will be settled under the sole and exclusive jurisdiction of Mumbai courts only.
• ICICI Bank & MasterCard reserves the right to add, alter, modify, change or vary any of these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part, this Offer by another Offer, whether similar or not, or to withdraw it altogether at any point in time, without any prior notice.
• By participating in this offer, the Cardholders will be deemed to have accepted all the aforementioned terms and conditions in totality.
