• This offer (“Offer”) is provided to you by Notion Press Media Private Limited (“Notion Press”) in association with ICICI Bank (“Bank”) and the participation in the Offer is voluntary.
• All residents of India holding a valid and current debit or credit card issued by Bank (“Card”) are eligible to avail the Offer (“Cardholder”).
• The Offer is not available to persons holding Corporate Cards, Commercial Cards, Dealer Cards, Distributor Cards, Business Cards, Value Plus Cards.
• Cardholder must be a natural person competent to enter into a legally binding contract under Indian Contract Act, 1872
• This Offer is valid from March 15, 2019 to April 14, 2019 (both dates inclusive) (“Offer Period”), or until stocks of the Product (defined below) last, whichever is earlier, unless revoked or extended, without any prior notice and without liability.
• By availing this Offer, Cardholder agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions (“Offer Terms”)

• This Offer is valid only on Products sold by the vendor “Notion Press” on https://www.amazon.in and the Aamzon.in app
• Offer valid only on paperback, not applicable on Kindle
• Upon purchase of the Product by the Cardholder using the Card, the Cardholder will be eligible for 10% instant discount. The instant discount shall be calculated on the net amount paid by the Cardholder using the Card.
• There is no restriction on the number of times the offer can be used by a cardholder during the offer period.
• The Offer is not valid on Debit & Credit Card EMI transactions opted for at the time of transaction.
• These Offer Terms are in addition to other terms and conditions as may be applicable, including standard terms and conditions of the Bank, Amazon.in Conditions of Use & Sale and Privacy Notice.
• This Offer is not applicable on Cash on Delivery, Card on Delivery transactions.
• The Offer is applicable only on successful/approved transactions and shall not be applicable on cancelled, chargeback, void or refunded orders or transactions.
• Notion Press and/or Bank reserve the right to disqualify Cardholders from the benefits of the Offer if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the benefits under the said Offer or otherwise by use of the Card.
• This Offer is not available on (i) purchase of product(s) other than the Product(s), or (ii) purchase of Product using a card other than that of the Bank’s.
• The Offer is not transferable or redeemable for cash. The Offer cannot be used in combination with any other promotions or discounts.
• Offer is subject to force majeure conditions.
• In no event shall Notion Press or Bank be liable for any losses or incidental or consequential damages arising out of and in relation to the Offer.
• The Bank does not guarantee and make any representation about the usefulness, worthiness and/or character of the Product(s) under this Offer.
• Notion Press reserves the right to alter, modify, change or withdraw the Offer and/or these Offer Terms, without any prior notice.
• Any provision of the Offer Terms that is declared invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction shall be ineffective in the extent of such invalidity or unenforceability without invalidating or rendering unenforceable the remaining provisions thereof.
• These Offer Terms are governed by the laws of India and the courts at Chennai, Tamil Nadu will have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes in relation to these Offer Terms.
