Terms and conditions of Remanika  Offer

• The Offer for ICICI customers: Shop for Rs.2,100/- using ICICI Bank Credit,Debit& Prepaid card and get additional discount 5% on the net bill value.
• Offer valid 1st April 2013 to 31st March 2014 at the Remanika Outlets below

    The Offer will be valid only at exclusive Brand outlets of Remanika as follows.

• The offer cannot be redeemed for cash
• The offer cannot be clubbed with any other voucher, promotional offer, scheme or discount promoted by remanika and ICICI bank.
• This Offer can be availed by ICICI Bank Card holder by purchasing any product(s) from any of the Remanika Outlets located across India   and making payment through ICICI bank Credit or Debit Card(s). The customer can refer the list of stores on www.remanika.com.
• This Offer shall be governed by the terms and conditions contained herein ("Terms").
• The products purchased by the Card holders from the Remanika Outlets will be covered under the standard terms and policy of Remanika apparels pvt.ltd
• Remanika Apparels Pvt Ltd and ICICI Bank reserves the right to withdraw this Offer any time without any prior intimation to the Card holders, including the right to amend, cancel, or withdraw in part or full all conditions of this Offer.
• In case of any dispute or difference in respect of or in connection with this Offer, the decision of Remanika Apparels Pvt Ltd and ICICI bank shall be final and binding on all concerned.
• This Offer cannot be clubbed with any other prevailing promotional scheme/offer available at the Remanika Outlets.
• This Offer cannot be redeemed for cash.
• This Offer is subject to Force Majeure conditions.
• The act of availing this Offer by the Card holder shall be an acceptance by the Card holder of the terms and conditions mentioned herein.
• Any dispute with regard to such Offer made available to the Card holders should be referred to Remanika Apparels Pvt Ltd and/or ICICI Bank, as the case may be, and the decision of Remanika Apparels Pvt Ltd / ICICI Bank(as the case may be) shall be final and binding an all concerned.
• Any dispute relating to discount  to the Card holders etc shall be referred to Remanika Apparels Pvt Ltd and Remanika Apparels Pvt Ltd  shall be solely responsible for addressing such concerns of Card holders.
• The terms of this Offer are subject to exclusive jurisdiction of courts at Mumbai.

ICICI Bank prescribed Terms and Conditions:

• ICICI Bank holds out no warranty or makes no representation about the quality, delivery or otherwise of the goods and services or the discount offered by Remanika. Any dispute or claim   regarding the goods, services and discount must be resolved by the Card Holder/s with Remanika directly without any reference to ICICI Bank.
• ICICI Bank shall not be liable in any manner whatsoever for any loss/ damage/ claim that may arise out of use or otherwise of any goods/ services / discount / gift vouchers availed by the Card Holder/s under the said Offer offered by Remanika.
• ICICI Bank reserves the right to disqualify Remanika or the Card Holder/s from the benefits of the Offer, if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the benefits under the said Offer or otherwise by use of the Card.
• The Card Holder/s shall be bound by the terms and conditions stipulated by Remanika in this regard.
• No substitutions or exchange of Offer, other than what is detailed in the communication sent to the Card Holder/s shall be allowed. However, ICICI Bank reserves the right to substitute and/or change the Offer or any of them, without any intimation or notice, written or otherwise to the Card Holder/s.
