- This “Cashback” marketing promotion (“Offer”) is run by ICICI Bank (“ICICI”) under an arrangement with Reliance Retail Ltd., (“Merchant”).

- Reliance Retail & ICICI Bank reserves its right without assigning any reasons whatsoever to (a) discontinue or extend the Offer Period and (b) change/ amend / add /delete/ modify terms and conditions of this Offer. Customers hereby unconditionally agree to all such changes/ amendments/ additions/ deletions/ modifications.
