Terms and Condition

DEFINITIONS

• "OML" shall mean “Oberoi Mall Limited” who has entered into an alliance with ICICI Bank Limited (“ICICI Bank”) for purpose of providing the Offers.
• ICICI Bank customer/s shall mean and include the customers to whom an ICICI Bank debit and/or credit card(s) has been issued (hereinafter referred to as “Customer/s) and who is authorized to hold the said ICICI Bank debit and/or credit cards (hereinafter referred to as “Cardholder/s”)
• "Card" shall mean an ICICI Bank VISA / AMEX / Master Card Credit card and/or ICICI Bank Debit Card. and/or ICICI Bank Prepaid card any other card issued by ICICI Ban
• “Offer” shall mean 10% (Ten percent only) cashback up to Rs 1,500/- (Rupees One Thousand Five Hundred Only) on minimum shopping of Rs 3,500/- (Rupees Three Thousand Five Hundred) on payments for purchases made at Participating Stores using Cards.
• “OfferDate” shall mean the Wednesday, January 08, 2020.
• “Term” shall mean the period commencing from the January 8, 2020 and valid till May 8, 2020.
• “TID” shall mean a terminal id which is a unique identifier that can be used to identify the source of the transaction.
• “MID” shall mean a merchant identification number which is a unique number assigned to a merchant account to identify it throughout the course of processing activities.

Terms and Conditions prescribed to ICICI Bank Card Holders:

• ICICI Bank holds out no warranty or makes no representation about the quality, delivery or otherwise of the goods and services offered by the OML . Any dispute or claim regarding the services and must be resolved by the Card Holder/s with the Participating Stores directly without any reference to ICICI Bank.
• ICICI Bank shall not be liable in any manner whatsoever for any loss/ damage/ claim that may arise out of use or otherwise of any products or services availed by the Card Holder/s under the alliance offered by the OML .
• ICICI Bank reserves the right to disqualify the Card Holder/s from the benefits of the Offer, if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the benefits under the said Offer or otherwise by use of the Card.
• The Card Holder/s shall be bound by the terms and conditions stipulated by the OML in this regard.
• The Offer is sponsored by OML and the Card Holder/s shall be bound by the terms and conditions stipulated by OML in this regard.

Terms and Conditions prescribed by OML

• Offer applicable only on Wednesday, January 08, 2020
• Offer applicable only at Participating Stores at Oberoi Mall
• In case in any of the Participating Store, ICICI Bank is already running any offer/s, then such offer/s of ICICI Bank at such Participating Store shall prevail and this Offer shall not be applicable.
• No Two offers can be clubbed together.
• Offer applicable on ICICI Bank Debit and/or Credit cards
