DEFINITIONS

• "AlliancePartner" shall mean “Digital Format of Reliance Retail Ltd. (Reliance Digital)” who has entered into an alliance with ICICI Bank Limited (“ICICI Bank”) for purpose of providing the Offers.
• “Customer/s” for the purpose of this Offer shall mean a person who holds a valid VISA/MASTER/AMEX Credit Card issued by ICICI bank and who has received communication from ICICI Bank with respect to the Offer.
• "Card" shall mean an ICICI Bank VISA / AMEX / Master Card Credit card issued by ICICI Bank
• "Card Holder/s" shall mean such customer/s to whom a Card has been issued and who is authorized to hold the Card.
• “Offer” shall mean instant discount/benefit provided by the "Alliance Partner" on purchase of Products/Services using ICICI Bank VISA/MASTER/AMEX Credit Card
• “OfferPeriod” shall mean the period commencing from April 5, 2018 to May 31, 2018 both days inclusive.
• "VoidTransactions"shall mean wherein the transaction has taken place but has been rejected /canceled/ been unsuccessful at the store outlet of the "Alliance Partner".
• "Primary Terms and Conditions" shall mean the terms and conditions applicable to the ICICI Bank Card Holder/s.
• “Products/Services” shall mean the products offered by the Alliance Partner at its stores.
  
  All capitalized terms used but not defined herein shall have the respective meanings prescribed to them in the Primary Terms and Conditions. These terms (“Terms”) shall be in addition to and not in derogation of the Primary Terms and Conditions. To the extent of any inconsistency between these Terms and Primary Terms and Conditions, these Terms shall prevail

Offer:

• 5% discount on minimum transaction of Rs. 10,000 using ICICI Bank Credit & Debit Cards Non-EMI transactions.
• 5% cash back on minimum transaction of Rs. 10,000 using ICICI Bank Credit Card EMI transactions done on Pine labs POS Terminals only.
• Maximum Discount / Cash back Rs. 2,000 on single transaction per card per month on during the offer period
• Offer Period: Offer will be valid on every Thursday in April & May’18
• Offer is valid across the Reliance Digital, My Jio and iStore by Reliance Digital stores in Mumbai

Terms & Conditions of Offer:

• This “5% Discount / Cash Back subject to a maximum of Rs 2000/- marketing promotion” (“Offer”) is run by ICICI Bank Ltd. (“ICICI”) under an arrangement with Reliance Retail Ltd., (“Merchant”)
• Offer is open to Indian Individual Customer holding a valid and current ICICI Bank Credit or Debit Card (“Cardholder”) to whom a communication is sent either by ICICI and/or Merchant.
• Offer is valid on every Thursday in April and May 2018 (“Offer Period”).
• Offer is valid across the Reliance Digital, My Jio and iStore by Reliance Digital stores in Mumbai (“Store”).
• Offer is void wherever prohibited by Law.
• Offer is valid on Cardholders purchase of products worth Rs. 10,000/- or more in a single bill (“Eligible Bill”) by using the ICICI Bank Credit / Debit Card during the Offer Period from the Merchant’s Store/s. (Eligible Customer)
• Discount / Cash Back benefit under this Offer is limited to a maximum of Rs 2000/- on single transaction per card per month during the offer period.
• Clubbing or Splitting of 2 or more Bills to avail this offer is not permissible.
• Benefits under this Offer is neither transferable nor encashable.
• Purchases made before or after the Offer Period shall not be eligible.
• Offer is valid on ICICI Bank retail credit / debit cards, offer not valid on Commercial, Corporate & Business cards
• Cashback on ICICI Bank Credit Card EMI transactions will be credited to Cardholder’s card account as mentioned below:

• Reliance Retail & ICICI Bank reserves its right without assigning any reasons whatsoever to (a) discontinue or extend the Offer Period and (b) change/ amend / add /delete/ modify terms and conditions of this Offer Customers hereby unconditionally agree to all such changes/ amendments/ additions/ deletions/ modifications.
• Cardholders are requested to be accustomed, satisfy and agree to with these and the terms and conditions of the Offer of ICICI Bank before participating in or making any purchase in relation to this Offer. Participation in the Scheme is voluntary and at the discretion of Customer to participate and it shall not, in any way, affect the performance of the product purchased under the Offer.
• Customers are not being charged extra for participating in the Offer.
• Merchant is responsible only for honoring the Offer of ICICI Bank at its Stores.
• Product liability, guarantee & warranty shall be transferred as received from respective Manufacturer, Supplier/Vendor & Distributor. Reliance neither warrants nor guarantees the merchantability or suitability of products of Customer available under this offer.
• Products once sold under this Offer shall not be taken back and no cash refund will be given in lieu of the same
• Decision of ICICI Bank in respect of Offer, benefits or any matters related thereto shall be final and binding and no correspondence will be entertained by Merchant in this behalf.
• Any complaint/issue related to credit / debit card transaction during the offer period shall be settled between ICICI Bank and Cardholders and Cardholder shall communicate directly with ICICI Bank for the same without involving the Merchant.
• All disputes are subject to exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Mumbai only.
• By participating in this Offer, Customers/Cardholders agree to be bound by these terms & conditions and waive any right to claim ambiguity in these terms & conditions. Cardholders agree to release, discharge, indemnify and hold harmless Reliance, and its directors, officers, employees and agents, from and against any loss, claims, damages or liability resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance and/or participation in the Offer.

ICICI Bank Prescribed Terms and Conditions:

• ICICI Bank holds out no warranty or makes no representation about the quality, delivery or otherwise of the goods and services or the discount offered by Merchant. Any dispute or claim regarding the goods, services and discount must be resolved by the Card Holder/s with Merchant store directly without any reference to ICICI Bank.
• ICICI Bank shall not be liable in any manner whatsoever for any loss/ damage/ claim that may arise out of use or otherwise of any goods/ services / discount / gift vouchers availed by the Card Holder/s under the said Offer offered by Merchant.
• ICICI Bank reserves the right to disqualify Merchant or the Card Holder/s from the benefits of the Offer, if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the benefits under the said Offer or otherwise by use of the Card.
• The Card Holder/s shall be bound by the terms and conditions stipulated by Merchant in this regard.
• No substitutions or exchange of Offer, other than what is detailed in the communication sent to the Card Holder/s shall be allowed. However, ICICI Bank reserves the right to substitute and/or change the Offer or any of them, without any intimation or notice, written or otherwise to the Card Holder/s.
