• Offer: Rs. 1500 off on purchase of Rs. 6,000 and above on using ICICI Bank Credit or Debit Cards at exclusive Celio Stores only.

1. Offer Period: 29th September to 22nd October, both days inclusive
2. ICICI Bank Customers who shall be eligible to the Offer: Any ICICI Bank customer who make a purchase of the product at exclusive Celio Stores through a valid Credit / Debit Card of ICICI Bank.
3. In order to avail the Offer the Customer shall be required to transact through ICICI Credit / Debit Cardat exclusive Celio outlets PAN India during the Offer Period and shall be required to make payment through the ICICI Bank Credit /Debit card held by the Customer with ICICI Bank.

Celio (Celio Future Fashion Limited) prescribed Terms and Conditions:

• The offer can be availed only on transactions done using an ICICI Bank Credit / Debit / Prepaid Card.
• Under this offer, ICICI Bank Customers will get a Rs. 1500 off on purchase of Rs. 6,000 and above using the ICICI Bank Credit / Debit / Prepaid Cards.
• The offer can be availed at all exclusive Celio Stores PAN India.
• Offer will be valid from September 29, 2017 to October 22, 2017.
• Any taxes or liabilities or charges payable to the Government or any other authority or body, if any, shall be borne directly by the cardholder and/ or billed to the account of the cardholder.
• The offer cannot be clubbed with any other voucher that a customer might have received from Celio or ICICI Bank.
• All standard Terms & Conditions of Celio will apply.
• The offer can be availed multiple times during the offer period.
• The offer is non-binding, non-encashable and non-negotiable.
• Any dispute regarding delivery, service, suitability, merchantability, availability or quality of the offer/or product/services availed under this offer must be addressed in writing, by the cardholder directly to Celio Future Fashion Limited at customercare@celio.com.
• Any dispute relating to the offer will be settled under the sole and exclusive jurisdiction of Mumbai courts only.
• Celio Future Fashion Pvt. Ltd. & ICICI Bank retains the right to change or discontinue the offer at any time during the promotion period.
• The decision of Celio Future Fashion Pvt. Ltd. & ICICI Bank will be final and binding and any correspondence in this regard will not be entertained.
• All issues/claims/disputes/complaints from the Customer on issues arising out of or in connection services pertaining to the Cardholder/s holding an ICICI Bank VISA / AMEX / Mastercard credit card and/or ICICI Bank debit and/or any other card issued by ICICI Bank (the “Card/s”) shall be sole responsibility of ICICI Bank.
• No substitutions or exchange of Offer, other than what is detailed in the communication sent to the Card Holder/s shall be allowed

Steps to avail the offer:

• Customer to visit any exclusive Celio Stores
• Select the products of their choice
• Make payment using ICICI Bank Credit / Debit / Prepaid Cards.

ICICI Bank prescribed Terms and Conditions:

• ICICI Bank holds out no warranty or makes no representation about the quality, delivery or otherwise of the goods and services or the discount offered by Celio Future Fashion Pvt. Ltd. Any dispute or claim regarding the goods, services and discount must be resolved by the Card Holder/s with Celio Future Fashion Pvt. Ltd. directly without any reference to ICICI Bank.
• ICICI Bank shall not be liable in any manner whatsoever for any loss/ damage/ claim that may arise out of use or otherwise of any goods/ services / discount / gift vouchers availed by the Card Holder/s under the said Offer offered by Celio Future Fashion Pvt. Ltd.
• ICICI Bank reserves the right to disqualify Alliance Partner or the Card Holder/s from the benefits of the Offer, if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the benefits under the said Offer or otherwise by use of the Card.
• The Card Holder/s shall be bound by the terms and conditions stipulated by Celio Future Fashion Pvt. Ltd. in this regard.
• No substitutions or exchange of Offer, other than what is detailed in the communication sent to the Card Holder/s shall be allowed. However, ICICI Bank reserves the right to substitute and/or change the Offer or any of them, without any intimation or notice, written or otherwise to the Card Holder/s.
