• "Visa Card" refers to any valid and unexpired Visa card issued worldwide; “Visa Cardholder” refers to the holder of a Visa Card.
• Mechanics of Offer: During the Offer Period, Visa Cardholders who use their Visa Cards to shop at Bloomingdale’s Online store (www.bloomingdales.com/) and use promo code: VISA will be entitled to the following privilege: Free shipping (to Singapore, Thailand, Philippines, Macau, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Korea, Japan, New Zealand, India, and Brunei only) for online purchases greater than US$300 (before taxes and fees) in a single transaction.
• The Offer is limited to a total value of free shipping ofUSD15,000 for the Offer Period, on a first come first serve basis. The free shipping offer does not include taxes and duties.
• A minimum spend of US$300 per order before taxes and fees is required to redeem the offer. The shipping speed for the offer is standard shipping.
• Offer applies only to the purchase of products made with an eligible Visa Card as the payment method and shipped to Singapore, Thailand, Philippines, Macau, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Korea, Japan, New Zealand, India, and Brunei.
• The Offer will be automatically applied at the checkout page upon inputting the promo code “VISA” and successful verification of the eligible Visa Card, shipping address, order amount and shipping costs. USD must be chosen as payment currency in order for the Offer to apply.
• This Offer is not transferable and cannot be combined with other discounts or promotional codes. The Offer is void if copied, altered, transferred, purchased or sold.
• Offer redemption is subject to review and verification to ensure compliance with the Mechanics of Offer.
• Bloomingdale’s has the right to amend the terms and conditions of this Offer at any time.

• Legal Terms and Conditions: For the avoidance of doubt, while Visa has facilitated this Offer for the benefit of Visa cardholders, the Merchant is the sole provider of all goods and/or services under this offer. Accordingly, the Visa Cardholder understands, acknowledges and agrees that the procurement by him/her of any goods and/or services under this Offer shall constitute a contract solely between the merchant and him/her, and neither Visa nor the Visa issuer is or will become a party thereto. By utilizing or attempting to utilize any of the goods and services under this Offer, the Visa Cardholder understands, acknowledges and agrees that:
• ) Any claim, complaint or dispute of any nature arising out of or in relation to the procurement, or attempted procurement by the cardholder of any goods and/or services under this offer (each a “Claim”) shall be settled by the Visa Cardholder directly with the Merchant, and Visa Cardholder shall not make any Claim against Visa or the Visa issuer.
• Any claim, complaint or dispute of any nature arising out of or in relation to the procurement, or attempted procurement by the cardholder of any goods and/or services under this offer (each a “Claim”) shall be settled by the Visa Cardholder directly with the Merchant, and Visa Cardholder shall not make any Claim against Visa or the Visa issuer.
• Without prejudice to the foregoing, and to the fullest extent permitted by law, Visa shall not be liable to any person for any loss, damage, expenses or claim (whether direct, indirect or otherwise) in relation to any personal injury, death, false representation, damage or omission arising from or in connection with the usage or attempted usage of the Offer or goods and/or services provided under the Offer.
