Terms and Conditions for Samsung Galaxy A7 and A5 Smartphones Offer:

These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) apply to and are in addition to and not in derogation of the Terms and Conditions of ICICI Bank Credit Card (the “Primary Terms and Conditions”) and Terms and Conditions of ICICI Bank Instant EMI as available on www.icicibank.com. To the extent of any inconsistency between these Terms and the terms and conditions mentioned above, these Terms shall prevail. All capitalized terms used herein but not defined shall have the same meaning ascribed under the Primary Terms and Conditions.

Definitions

• "Cardholder/s" for the purpose of this Offer shall mean a person to whom a Card bearing his name is issued and who holds such Card.
• "Offer" shall mean a subvention on the interest rate applicable to 18 and/or_24 months EMI, if opted by the Cardholder/s for purchase of the Product/s on selected retail outlets.
• "Offer Period" shall mean period commencing from April 1, 2017 (00:00 Hours) to April 30, 2017 (23:59 Hours).
• “Product/s” shall mean Samsung Galaxy A7 and/or A5, as applicable, for sale at selected retail outlets.

Offer

• This Offer is limited to two purchase per Card.
• This Offer is applicable for the Primary Cardholder/s as well as the Supplementary/Add-on Cardholder/s and the Supplementary/Add-on Cards will be treated as separate Cards under this Offer.
• This Offer is available to Cardholder/s who use their Card for purchase of the Product/s and opt for an EMI of 18 or 24 months tenures for re-payment at 11% per annum.
• The Cardholder/s must opt for 18 or 24 months EMI at the time of purchase of the Product/s itself. The Offer shall not be applicable in the event that the Cardholder/s wishes to convert the purchase into EMI subsequently or any time later.
• The Cardholder/s must ensure that all the benefits of the Offer, along with the EMI tenure and the amount payable are mentioned in the charge slip issued to the Cardholder/s.
• The Cardholder/s must retain the charge slip /electronic invoice generated for any future reference and communication with ICICI Bank. Any claim where the charge slip/ electronic invoice does not display the Offer details will not be considered eligible for the Offer.
• This Offer cannot be combined with any other ICICI Bank offer and is non-transferable, non- assignable and non-binding.
• Interest amount paid by the Cardholder/s under the Offer will be posted as cashback into Cardholder’s account within 90 days from the end of the Offer Period.
• The Cardholder/s applying for refund/ replacement under the Offer shall not be eligible for the Offer.
• At any time during the subsistence of the Offer, or at any time within 6 months from the end of the Offer Period, if the Cardholder is classified as a delinquent, ICICI Bank may, at its own discretion, without prior notice, adjust the cashback paid to Cardholder/s under the Offer against the dues from the Cardholder’s account.

Other Terms and Conditions

• Terms and Conditions of ICICI Bank and Samsung shall apply to this Offer. In case of any inconsistency between the terms and conditions of ICICI Bank and Samsung, the terms and conditions of ICICI Bank shall prevail.
• ICICI Bank holds no warranty or makes no representation, and shall not be liable in any manner whatsoever about the quality, delivery, usefulness or otherwise of the Product offered by Samsung.
• Nothing contained herein shall constitute or be deemed to constitute an advice, invitation or solicitation to purchase any products/ services of ICICI Bank/ third party.
• Disputes, if any, arising out of or in connection, with or as a result of this Offer, shall be communicated to ICICI Bank, with a valid charge slip, within 120 days, from the end of Offer Period and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts at Mumbai. • ICICI Bank reserves the right to modify/ change all or any of the terms applicable to the Offer or to discontinue the Offer without assigning any reasons. In order to be updated on the same, the Cardholder must visit the offer page on www.icicibank.com.
• ICICI Bank reserves the right to disqualify any or Cardholder from the benefits of the Offer if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the benefits under the Offer and the decision of ICICI Bank shall be final and binding on the Cardholders in all matters relating to this Offer.
• Any tax or other liabilities or charges payable to the government or any statutory or other authority/body/establishment, which may arise or accrue to the Cardholder/s due to provision of this Offer, shall be to the sole account of the Cardholder/s. ICICI Bank shall be entitled to deduct or set off the amounts of taxes, etc., if any, mentioned above from all amounts payable by ICICI Bank to the Cardholder and balance amount, if any, of cashback will be paid to the Cardholder/ credited to the account of the Cardholder.
• The Offer may not be available to some Cardholders due to their location, or for any other reason whatsoever.
