• "Alliance Partner” shall mean " MakeMyTrip (India) Private Limited” who has entered into an alliance with ICICI Bank for purpose of providing the Offer.
• "Card" shall mean Credit card (VISA/ Mastercard/ Amex) which has been issued by ICICI Bank and is valid and subsisting during the Program/Offer Period.
• "Card Holder/s" shall mean such customer/s to whom a Card has been issued and who is authorized to hold the Card.
• "Program/“Offer” shall mean such cashback(s)/ discount(s) /benefit(s) provided by the Alliance Partner on purchase of Products/Services using ICICI Bank Credit Services, during the Offer Period at participating stores on Pine labs terminals only and website.
• “Program/Offer Period” shall mean the period of every week Monday to Wednesday commencing from October 19, 2020 to December 30, 2020; both days inclusive.
• "Primary Terms and Conditions" shall mean the terms and conditions applicable to ICICI Bank Credit & Debit Cards facility/services.
• “Products/Services” shall mean the goods/benefits/facilities offered by the Alliance Partner.
• “Void Transaction” shall mean any transaction wherein the transaction has taken place but has been canceled /rejected /unsuccessful by the Alliance Partner.

All capitalized terms used but not defined herein shall have the respective meanings prescribed to them in the Primary Terms and Conditions. These terms (“Terms”) shall be in addition to and not in derogation of the Primary Terms and Conditions. To the extent of any inconsistency between these Terms and Primary Terms and Conditions, these Terms shall prevail.

Offer Details

• The customer will receive discount as per the details mentioned in the table above.
• Offer is applicable only on select 3, 4 & 5 Star hotel properties.
• For Hotels, discount to be calculated on hotel basic price (pre-tax price).
• Offer is not applicable if the hotel is booked using the pay-at-hotel or Book Now pay later option.
• The offer is not applicable on payments made directly at the hotel or through PayPal, MMT Gift Card, My Wallet, Cash on Delivery (COD).

• To avail the offer, customer must enter E-Coupon as per aforementioned table in the E-Coupon field
• The offer will remain valid every Monday to Wednesday from 19th Oct till 30th Dec’ 2020
• This offer is valid on payment made through ICICI bank Credit Cards only
• The offer is valid for bookings made on MakeMyTrip's website, Mobile site, Android & iOS App
• The offer is valid for 1 booking per card per category per edition (Mon-Wed)

• Offer is not applicable on payments made through ICICI Bank Debit card, My Wallet (MakeMyTrip Wallet - bonus amount), 3rd party wallets, COD, Pay Pal, Gift card payments
• Offer is also valid on ICICI bank Credit Card EMI bookings. However, the offer is not applicable on No Cost EMI
• The offer is not applicable on ICICI Bank Debit Cards or ICICI Bank Internet banking
• The offer is not applicable on ICICI Bank Amazon Pay Co- branded Credit Card.

• In case of partial/full cancellation the offer stands void and customer will not be eligible for the discount
• If the Customer cancels the travel service purchase after the discount amount is availed, MakeMyTrip will deduct the discount amount from the refund and cancellation charges shall apply
• If there is any rescheduling or cancellation, customer has to bear the fare difference (regardless of whether the component is in the base fare or in tax + surcharge) and other rescheduling/cancellation fees.

• If the customer doesn't receive the discount, he/she must raise the claim at https://support.makemytrip.com/MyAccount/MyIncidents/NewComplaint within 3 months from the booking date. In the event the cardholder fails to do so, he/she will not be eligible for the discount amount.
• This offer is NOT applicable on ICICI Bank corporate cards
• Add-on cards will be treated as separate cards
• This offer cannot be clubbed with any other offer of MakeMyTrip
• MakeMyTrip & ICICI Bank reserves the right, at any time, without prior notice and liability and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change or vary all of these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part, this offer by another offer, whether similar to this offer or not, or to extend or withdraw it altogether.
• For any card related claims, the customer will need to approach the Bank. MakeMyTrip shall not entertain any such claims.
• MakeMyTrip is the sole authority for the interpretation of these terms
• MakeMyTrip shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising due to force majeure event
• In the event of any misuse or abuse of the offer by the customer or travel agent, MakeMyTrip reserves the right to deny the offer or cancel the booking.
• In no event will the entire liability of MakeMyTrip under this offer exceed the amount of promotional discount under this offer
• MakeMyTrip shall not be liable to for any indirect, punitive, special, incidental or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the offer.
• Disputes, if any, arising out of or in connection with this offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Delhi.
• User Agreement and Privacy Policy of the MakeMyTrip website will apply
• Customers who are travel agents by occupation are barred from making bookings for their customers and MakeMyTrip reserves the right to deny the offer against such bookings or to cancel such bookings. For such cases, MakeMyTrip shall not refund the booking amount.
• Offer is only valid on the eligible BINs shared by ICICI Bank. If the BIN series of the card does not match with the one provided by ICICI Bank to MakeMyTrip, then the cardholder will need to approach ICICI Bank and MakeMyTrip shall be entitled to withhold or deny the offer to the customer.

• ICICI Bank holds out no warranty or makes no representation about the quality, delivery or otherwise of the goods and services or the discount offered by Merchant. Any dispute or claim regarding the goods, services and discount must be resolved by the Card Holder/s with Merchant store directly without any reference to ICICI Bank.
• ICICI Bank shall not be liable in any manner whatsoever for any loss/ damage/ claim that may arise out of use or otherwise of any goods/ services / discount / gift vouchers availed by the Card Holder/s under the said Offer offered by Merchant.
• ICICI Bank reserves the right to disqualify Merchant or the Card Holder/s from the benefits of the Offer, if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the benefits under the said Offer or otherwise by use of the Card.
• The Card Holder/s shall be bound by the terms and conditions stipulated by Merchant in this regard.
• No substitutions or exchange of Offer, other than what is detailed in the communication sent to the Card Holder/s shall be allowed. However, ICICI Bank reserves the right to substitute and/or change the Offer or any of them, without any intimation or notice, written or otherwise to the Card Holder/s.
