We refer to the Loan(s) availed from ICICI Bank for the construction of a house on a plot/land (‘Facility’).

As per the declaration provided to ICICI Bank, the construction of the house on the said plot/land was supposed to get completed within a period of 4 (four) years from the date of first disbursement of the sanctioned amount.

Please visit any ICICI Bank Loan Servicing Branch and submit the below mentioned documents. Ensure that the property address mentioned in the below documents is the same property address on which the said plot/land was availed.

• Occupancy certificate issued by the competent authority OR
• Completion certificate issued by the architect OR
• Electricity bill.

Please submit the request within 30 (thirty) days from the receipt of this communication. In case the above documents are not received within the stipulated timeline, penal charges to the extent of 1% or Rs 50,000 whichever is lower, of the Facility outstanding plus applicable taxes, would be charged to the Loan Account annually till any of the above documents are submitted to the Bank.
