• "Alliance Partner" shall mean “Adani Digital Labs” who has entered into an alliance with ICICI Bank Limited (“ICICI Bank”) for purpose of providing the Offers.

Velocity :

Once per card per promo per month (For Flights CC,DC, EMI & Hotel Net banking offer) : a user will be able to book one domestic service, one international service using unique code once in a month with same card

Twice per promo per month using the offer code per user (Flight Net-Banking): here user will be identified by AdaniOne loyalty IDs and from single AdaniOne ID, user can book two domestic flights & two international flights using applicable promo code in a month.

Offer will not be applicable on Amazon Pay ICICI Bank Credit Card

Steps to redeem offer on Flights:

• To avail the Offer, Customer must first select the desired Flight for travel.

• Customer must then select the ICICI Bank offer from the list and enter E-Coupon as mentioned or directly click apply as listed on the offer page.

• On Adani one Offer Section: Customers can directly check the list of Offers on the platform from “Offer and Discount” page, select the desired Offer and book the flights from the same page as well.

• To avail Offers, Customers would have to apply E-coupon as provided.

• This Offer is valid on payment made through ICICI Net banking.

• The Offer is valid twice per user per promo per month throughout the Offer period.

Steps to redeem offer on Hotels:

• To avail the Offer, Customer must first select the desired service from AdaniOne App/Web

• On Adani one Offer Section: Customers can directly check the list of Offers on the platform from “Offer and Discount” page, select the desired Offer and book service from the same page as well.

• Instant discount will be calculated on total flight fare which is Base + Tax (excluding ancillaries, insurance, convenience fees)

• This Offer cannot be clubbed with any other offer/promotion of ICICI Bank, including offers from individual brands.

• In the event of any misuse or abuse of the Offer, ADLPL/Adanione reserves the right to deny the Offer to the Customers.

• The following transactions will not qualify for meeting the spends criteria: 

ATM cash withdrawals, fee payments, transaction which is either unsuccessful or cancelled/rejected by the ICICI Bank, transactions which are followed up with partial or full reversals or transactions that are cancelled by the net banking user .

• ADLPL/Adanione reserves the right, at any time, without prior notice and liability and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change or vary all of these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part, this Offer by another offer, whether similar to this Offer or not, or to extend or withdraw it altogether.

• Any tax or other liabilities or charges payable to the government or any other statutory authority/body or any participating establishment, which may arise or accrue to the ICICI Bank Net Banking User due to provision of the Offer, shall be to the sole account of the ICICI Bank Net Banking User. • The existence of a dispute, if any, regarding the Offer shall not constitute a claim against ICICI Bank and shall be addressed directly by the Alliance Partner.
