Documents For Self Employed

 

The Bank sends updates on Loans to their customers on their registered e-mail ID/ mobile number. The benefits of updating your e-mail ID and mobile number in your Personal Loan Account are:

  1. Credit Information Companies (CICs) send alerts through SMS/e-mail when your Credit Information Report (CIR) is accessed

  2. The Bank sends alerts through SMS/e-mail while submitting information to Credit Information Companies (CICs) regarding Default/Days Past Due (DPD) in existing credit facilities

  3. You will receive other information like the intimation of your EMI due/bounce and other Account related information on the registered e-mail ID/mobile number.

Update your e-mail ID/mobile number by visiting a Loan Servicing Branch.

As part of the ‘Go Green’ initiative - an endeavor to reduce use of paper and make our contribution to this noble cause, the below mentioned documents related to your Personal Loans will be sent on your e-mail ID registered with us, with effect from February 05, 2017.

  1. No Due Certificate
  2. Refund Letter
  3. Pending Dues Letter

Also, we wish to inform you that if your e-mail ID is not available, communication will be sent through physical letters.

If your e-mail ID is not registered with us, we request you to visit your nearest loan servicing branch or call our Customer Care and update your e-mail ID.

Note

For personal loan, Aadhaar and PAN details are mandatory for applicants and co-applicants (wherever applicable).

Yes, you can prepay the entire loan outstanding anytime during the loan tenure after 12 instalments, subject to payment of standard pre-closure charges of 3% + GST.

Part prepayment is allowed. For prepayment of your Personal Loan, please visit the nearest ICICI Bank branch. We request you to carry the following documents to complete the process:

  1. Request letter signed by the loan applicant
  2. PAN Card (if the mode of payment is cash and the amount is more than Rs 50,000)
  3. Payment can be made through cash, cheque or demand draft.

For prepayment of your Personal Loan, please visit the nearest ICICI Bank Asset Servicing Branch. We request you to carry the following documents to complete the process:

  1. Request Letter signed by the loan applicant
  2. PAN Card (if the mode of payment is cash and the amount is more than Rs 50,000)
  3. Payment can be made through cash, cheque or demand draft.

Loans are approved within 72 hours* of submission of complete documentation.

You can repay the loan in Equated Monthly Instalments (EMIs). If you have an ICICI Bank Account, you can mandate us to directly debit the same through auto debit mandate or if you have an alternate bank account, then through NACH mandate.
