Follow the steps below to Generate PIN
Using iMobile
  • Login to iMobile and click on Services, Card PIN Services, Generate Debit Card PIN

  • Select your account number, debit card number and enter CVV

  • Enter the 4 digit debit card PIN of your choice. Confirm debit card PIN and ‘Submit’.

Using Internet Banking
  • Login to your ICICI Bank Internet Banking account with your User ID and password.

  • Click ‘Cards and Loans’

  • Click ‘Debit/ATM Card’

  • Click on 'Generate PIN'

  • Select your Debit Card number from the list of debit cards linked to your account

  • Enter the 3 digit CVV number printed on the back side of the card near the signature panel

  • Enter the grid values printed on the back of the card

  • A One Time Password (OTP) will be sent to your registered mobile number

  • Enter the OTP on the page and submit

  • Create and confirm your new ATM PIN.

Via ATM
  • Visit the nearest ATM

  • Choose ‘Generate ATM PIN’ option and click on ‘Generate OTP’

  • Enter your registered mobile number and select ‘Yes’

  • Enter your date of birth and select ‘Yes’

  • Select “Already have on OTP” option and enter the OTP received on your registered mobile number

  • Enter a 4 digit debit card PIN of your choice and confirm your new ATM PIN.

Via Customer Care
  • Call our Customer Care from your registered mobile number and select ‘Banking Account’

  • Select ‘Generate debit card PIN’ option and enter your 16 digit debit card number

  • Enter the following details i.e. card expiry date, CVV and date of birth of primary account holder

  • Enter 4 digit debit card PIN of your choice. Confirm debit card PIN and select ‘Submit’

  • Choose ‘Generate PIN’, enter the details and generate PIN.

Follow the steps below to Enable transactions
Using iMobile
  • Login to iMobile

  • Click ‘Debit Card’

  • Enable ‘Online’, ‘Merchant Outlets’, ‘Tap and Pay’ & ‘International’ transactions

Using Internet Banking
  • Login to Internet Banking

  • Click ‘Cards and Loans’

  • Click ‘Debit/ATM Card’

  • Click ‘Manage Card Limit’

  • Select your Debit Card

  • Enable Limits for ‘E-commerce’, ‘Retail’, ‘Contactless Payments’ & ‘International’ transactions.

Using iMobile
  • Login to iMobile

  • Click ‘Debit Card’

  • Click ‘Set Transaction Limit’

  • Set Limits for ‘Online’, ‘Merchant outlets’, ‘Tap and Pay’ & ‘International’ transactions.

Using Internet Banking
  • Login to Internet Banking

  • Click ‘Cards and Loans’

  • Click ‘Debit/ATM Card’

  • Click ‘Manage Card Limit’

  • Select your Debit Card

  • Set Limits for ‘E-commerce’, ‘Retail’, ‘Contactless Payments’ & ‘International’ transactions.
