Tracking Credit Card Application

ICICI Bank Account Holders and even those who do not have an Account with the Bank, can track their applications on the Bank’s website.

For people with an ICICI Bank Account

ICICI Bank offers a seamless Credit Card application process, right from applying, to verifying and even tracking the status, through the following steps:

• Visit the ICICI Bank website and navigate to the 'Credit Card' section
• Log in using your User ID and password
• Click on the 'Track Application' option
• Provide the required details such as your Credit Card application ID, mobile number, and PAN details.
• Click on submit and the desired information will be displayed on your screen.

Please have other details such as your date of birth and your Credit Card application Form Number available, as these may be required for a status check.

For Standalone Credit Card Customers

Standalone Credit Card Customers can track the status of their Credit Card applications by calling the ICICI Bank Customer Care and providing their phone numbers.

• Register for a new Card: Customers can apply and register for a new Credit Card.
• Hotlist a lost Card: Customers can register the loss of their Credit Card with the Bank for quick resolution.
• Register for autopay: Register your Credit Card for autopay and ensure timely bill payments.
• Change ATM PIN: Change your ATM PIN without physically going to the Bank or ATM.
• Request e-mail statements: Get e-mail statements for Credit Cards within seconds through iMobile Pay or Net Banking.

Steps to register for Credit Card Net Banking:

If you are a new customer, you need a User ID and password to log in. Contact ICICI Customer Care, follow the steps on the call and get your User ID. For your password, access the Net Banking portal, then go to the ‘Help’ section to get a new password. Generate the new password online and enter your mobile number to get the OTP. Enter the OTP. Your password will be changed successfully.

• Visit the Net Banking portal. Log in using your User ID and password.
• Click on ‘Service Request’ under the Customer Service tab.
• Next, go to ‘Link my Credit Card Account to my User ID’
• Fill in all the details and click on ‘Submit’
• Enter the OTP received. You will get a notification upon successful registration (it may take some time to reflect in your Account).

Ease of Banking:

Credit Card Net Banking allows customers to link their Credit Card with the Bank’s Net Banking portal, where they can explore great offers and discounts. Customers can check their Credit Card statements, redeem Reward Points, pay Taxes, convert payments to EMIs and much more.

Timely bill payments:

Customers can pay their utility bills on time with Credit Card Net Banking. These include electricity bills, water bills, mobile bills, etc. ensuring better financial management.

• Call Customer Care and follow the instructions to get your User ID.
• Visit the Net Banking Portal. Click on the ‘Help’ section and get your password. Create a new password and enter your mobile number to receive the OTP. Once you enter the OTP, your password will be changed.
• Next, enter your password and User ID to log in.
• Under the Customer Service menu, select ‘Service Request’.
• Next, go to ‘Link my Credit Card Account to my User ID’
• Complete the form and click on ‘Submit’. 
• You will receive an OTP. Enter it. You will get a notification upon successful completion.

Visit https://infinity.icicibank.com/corp/Login.jsp and log in using your User ID and password. Once the dashboard opens, you can easily avail Net Banking services with your Credit Card.
